After having no luck finding living room furniture I liked in several stores, I made an appointment with Susan. We talked about styles I liked, color and size. We looked at several options on her computer. After some time, I left and she continued the search on my behalf. She sent me quite a few images of sets to consider before I found the one. The furniture is beautiful and I highly recommend going to see Susan. I will definitely ask for her help when the next need arises. She's terrific to work with and keeps in communication through the searching, purchasing, and delivery process.

My husband and I contacted Susan and made an appointment to look at some living room furniture, specifically 2 leather sofas. I had seen an ottoman at another store that I loved and wanted to order the sofas and would be a few weeks before I could get them, so after a google search I found Susan. We met with Susan and I told her what I was looking for and she had actually had it pulled up on her computer the exact same sofa I was looking for and the exact color. The problem was I didn't want to spend that much money on something that I had not personally seen nor sat on. Susan said no problem, she had a client that had 2 of the same exact sofas that I wanted and she wouldn't mind us coming to look at and even sit on her sofas. Susan went way out of her way and made the call and her client agreed to let us come and sit on her sofas. I've never experienced such great customer service. We loved the sofas and ordered 2. Within a week Jim picked the sofas up at the manufacturers warehouse and delivered to our door. Very friendly and great to work with. Will definitely consider Lake Wylie Furniture for other furniture needs.

I had a shopping experience without ever stepping a foot inside the store. Ms.Susan was awesome. I told her what I was looking for and a price range and she sent me pictures and prices of the item I was looking for. She was there through the whole process and I couldn't thank her enough. The delivery guy was so sweet and professional he was so patient with us while getting the items off the truck....Thanks for the convient and easy process.

I had a challenging situation where I needed to find a sofa to coordinate with a leather sofa I already owned. Susan was able to find me the exact same leather sofa and at a great price - less than what I had paid for the first one 2 years ago. Highly recommend Susan and Jim at Lake Wylie Home Furniture!

This place is amazing. I purchased my bedroom set over five years ago and recently one of the pieces of my bed frame broke. I reached out thinking it would be a long shot to purchase a replacement piece and Susan was so nice, remembered me from my original purchase and was able to get a replacement part to me in just a few weeks! Definitely my go to place for furniture!

I wish i can give this place 1000k stars ⭐️ . The furniture industry is having a rough time due to the COVID situation so delivery can take a while ( which is everywhere right now) , but I can guarantee here you will find everything you need for your house ? this is not like the regular furniture store where you just pick whatever they have inside the store, Miss susan will make sure to sit down with you and find the right furnitures for your entire house. MR Jim will call you for your order updates. In short words: great quality, great team and customer service and price more affordable than other stores. Thanks for the amazing experience

We had an wonderful experience finding our new master bedroom set, even through the challenges that COVID created in the furniture market. Susan did a fantastic job helping us find and receive a bedroom set and mattress within our desired timeframe. My husband and I also have very different tastes when it comes to furniture, and Susan patiently and enthusiastically helped us find a set we were both excited about! She was very responsive, any time we had questions. We highly recommend working with Susan and Jim, as they made it a great experience!

Susan was very helpful in getting me the type of bed that I requested. I live approximately 3 hours from the business and the bed was delivered faster than I expected. No problems with the bed assembly. The owners of this business are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

Susan was the best! After being scammed she was able to help me locate a bed I was looking for for my son that was sold out everywhere. It was delivered to my door within a week of ordering. The process was easy and smooth with excellent communication the entire time. We live over an hour and a half from the store and she still made the process super easy and we communicated entirely by text which is great for busy moms! Highly highly recommend this place. First class! The quality of the bed and delivery team were also superb. We assembled ourselves and it was easy.

This is the only place I will buy furniture from. Susan and Jim were both incredibly nice and helpful throughout the furniture buying process. They made things as easy as they could be. I can not express how amazing Susan and Jim are. They always put their customers first and want to ensure that their customers are happy throughout the whole process. They made great suggestions and were able to get us our furniture quickly when every other furniture store was telling us it would be between 4 to 8 weeks. Thank you so much Susan and Jim!
