“The clerk was very helpful with making suggestions and very candid regarding whether he would recommend cleaning and how. He was excellent and gave rationale. Much appreciated- plan to always go here if additional dry cleaning needs arise!”

“It’s very stressful when you get there and 3/4 of the place is closed off for cleaning and all the customers that are there are running all over each other trying to use everyone of the last few washers and dryers that are left. And maybe one out of 10 times you actually get the washers or dryers next to each other because all the other ones have been closed off . And the last door that is left open is hard to get your baskets out trying to get through all the people that are all using the last dryers and you have to try and get through them without getting in there way or trying to get your baskets through them. It’s frustrating and very hot because the only ones left are all right there together and you never can get enough room to fold because only two tables are left. I understand the workers want out of there also but you don’t see fast food stop selling fries so they can clean the vats or burgers so they can clean the grill. If you open til 9 then you should be able to have enough room and doors to get in and out. Also if you put your money in a dryer that doesn’t work instead of posting a sign the worker said the owner says “ You should have common since to know the lights aren’t on “ and says owner doesn’t let them refund the money bc it’s common sense.. Bad business. I will never go back there. AS OF 10/2025 CLEMMERS HAS DONE A 360 . Thier employees are 110% there for anything you need. They no longer rush you out. Thanks so much and this is not based on one trip but the last. 15-20 times I have been nothing but IMPRESSED.. Thanks for your Outstanding Customer Service, THANKS FOR YOUR QUALITY washers and dryer’s. Thanks so much for always so clean. Even during busy time all I see is employees cleaning and helping out the customers. 10 stars is what I would like to give you but 5 is the highest. Thanks so much”

“I love doing my laundry there. They have plenty of washers and dryers that work very well. They are front loaders that wash the best. There is always an attendant. The place is always clean and quiet.”

“Awesome job on my uniforms. But one thing is that one of the uniforms was not pressed. The alterations were done but not the press with light starch. Guess I’ll be more specific next time. Overall great place and customer service.”

“I've been washing my clothes here for over 10 years I got alot of money ive spent here , ive seen different management over the years .
However a few times lately I've left to go handle something else where , i come back and my cloths have been messed with and an open dryer . Smh
This place used to be a place you wouldn't have to worry about things like this.
Now ill have to hawk eye my things and I dont appreciate that.”

“Great people.....and the service is wonderful. Everytime I've picked up my things they were perfect. Due to unexpected traffic, I was going to be 1-2 minutes after closing one evening. I called and they agreed to remain open 2 minutes later so I could drop something off. I would highly recommend these folks for any needs you may have with regards cleaning/pressing or alterations.”
