It started with a phone conversation. Eliza had to finish with a customer and she probably called me back. She was very helpful and very thorough and helping me make the right decision for my knees. She is very knowledgeable after an appointment I had I went there in person too put my order in for Tempurpedic topper for my queen size bed. I think the man's name was Tim actually did the order up for me because she was busy with some other customers. They were both very helpful and are very knowledgeable of what they are selling. It's rare in this day and time to find a what I consider doing person analyzer as I am 61 to be that thorough and mostly actually caring that she gets you what you need she saves you money she is very honest and upfront. If I ever have to replace my mattress I will come back here and I will refer others.

It was wonderful!!! Tim was so helpful and pleasant.He gave great detail on each of the mattresses we were interested in and helped us make our decision based on our circumstances. I will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this location and Tim to my friends. Enjoyed the music, too.( Excited to have it delivered and to sleep on it.)

A great experience at this Mattress Firm in Gastonia. Our sales specialist, Tim, was very knowledgeable and explained the differences of all the different mattresses. He answered all our questions and was able to get a really good price. I highly recommend this store.
