I had been going to this place for some time, today I had an appointment, the gps got me lost, I called and said that I was going to be there at 9:11 and the guy there told me that I need to be there at 9:10, for 1 minute he canceled my appointment. They don’t care about people, he just hung up the phone on me. They really don’t value as a customer. Not going back there.

Great experience with Dr Moonin and staff. My appt had no wait time between patients. I felt very welcomed and not rushed during my visit. Also noticed a diff patient taking forever to choose between which glasses. The tech was super duper patient with her. Whew! But a great place to patran. Dr. Moonin please stay!

I just had the most lovely experience at an eye appointment that I've ever had. There was no waiting. Chelsea got me checked right in. Then Nikki (the tech) brought me back to do all the exams, again without waiting. Nikki was so skillful and knowledgeable that I thought she was the doctor. I was surprised when she explained the next steps and that I would meet with the doctor virtually. Nikki did all the work, asked all the probing questions, and explained everything that was happening. She never left me alone to wonder what was next. She answered all of my questions. Then I met with the doctor for literally one minute, again, with almost no waiting. I'm not discounting the work the doctor does, we need their expertise, certainly, but the techs need more credit for the work they do. They should be paid for all the extra work they're doing because the doctor doesn't come into the office. Nikki was fabulous and she made me feel very comfortable! I would absolutely recommend this office again simply because of my experience with Nikki. Then I was checked out by the delightful Chelsea. Great experience all around!

Been going here for 5 years, always paid extra for any test they recommend or things they thought would be helpful, ordered contacts for the year at every appointment and bought name brand frames including prescription sun glasses, had to work late and ran 1 min late for my appointment and the guy at the counter said you are late we are not going to see you today, but I will reschedule you I said no ill just go somewhere else he said okay have fun. This place will treat you just as a number and not care about you go some place cheaper to get the same service.

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. All the staff are wonderful, kind, and helpful. It was pretty cool to see such positive atmosphere especially on what seemed like a busy day. This was my first time doing a VR assisted appointment. It was comfortable, thorough, and doctor and techs were really nice. Not only do I love my new glasses, Chelsea was great at helping me choose them and was super knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for next time.

Everyone was very welcoming, I was able to get contacts for the first time. The technician was very helpful in helping me try different type and showing me how to best put in and remove my contacts. Sarah was able to get everything I needed with insurance so I had very little out of pocket expense. 10/10

I had a 3:30 appointment on 10/27/2023. I checked in the day before and arrived at 3:20. I was left sitting until 4. When I asked how much longer it would be, they couldn't tell me. I left! I have great insurance and money. I'll go where my business is appreciated and my time is respected.This is a message for ALL doctors: Your patients' time may not be worth as much as yours in a literal sense, but that doesn't mean you can waste it. Stop offering appointments if your schedule is full. You do that to make sure your coins are stacked, but you do it off the backs of those who have to take time off or make other adjustments to their schedules to see you. You cancel if we're 15 minutes late and you bill us for no shows. I'm holding y'all to the same standard! NOBODY WITH AN APPOINTMENT SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES TO SEE YOU, and you should keep them updated or give them the option to reschedule if you're that busy! OUR TIME MATTERS TOO!

This place is ridiculously unprofessional and I was booked for an appointment too soon. It's common knowledge in the medical field that you verify insurance 24hrs prior to anyone's appointment. The guy at the front desk says "you made the appointment!" Yes, I did but it was due to their contacting me to remind me of my yearly/annual visit. I asked to speak with the office manager that says..."I heard a little bit but what's the problem?" Well, the problem is that your employees didn't verify that I could be seen today. She doesn't apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me, my wasted gas and day off of work and simply offered to the reschedule the appointment." NO THANKS!!! Mistakes happen, I understand that but I've been in the medical field an dealt directly with insurance and it is common sense to verify the date a pt can be seen! And via another doctors office the eye doctor there....needs a little bit more training because I'm pretty sure that I have had the wrong RX for an entire year after spending about $600 give or take for 2 pairs of glasses! I would give them negative stars if I could and the wonderful people who were in there last year was the only reason that I even went back this year but I noticed that they were all gone. High turnover rate in the office doesn't say much about them either! I'll go to Walmart before I would recommend this place. Problem is that my eye insurance isn't taken at very many places!

I have been going to My eye dr since before they were my eye fr and have always had fairly positive experiences.I had to get a pair of safety glasses for work today and had to stop in to get measured. When I walked in was warmly greeted by Grant and Hailey at the front desk. They directed me to speak with Chelsea who helped explain the difference in options I had for safety glasses and which styles would be best for my occupation and current prescription. I was able to get a comfortable style that also worked with my prescription without stressing about the look. I was beyond impressed with the level of service that I received today.

Today I had the opportunity to speak with Grant, Nikki, Chelsea, and Haley. Not sure if I spelled their names right but they were very helpful and open to converse with me while listening to my shenanigans. Chelsea actually helped with a pair of glasses that caught my eye. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about not only being in office but to get the glasses that I liked. Not only was she easy to speak with but she was easy on the eyes as well. I am jealous of her significant other. The whole team was helpful, Grant and I spoke about some personal family events and he was very open. Haley also joined in on the conversation and was very open and personable. Nikki came to say hi and went back to work, she was busy today but i had the pleasure to speak with her. The team is wonderful. I love the ambiance that the environment has. Thanks guys.
