$40 for some basic 1096 & 1099 paper tax forms?! $40?! Don't insult me by suggesting that I received value for my money. Is that really worth the price you'll pay as I bypass your company when I purchase my next printer?

So heads up all the warranty’s are basically bogus if you buy the 2yr warranty they gonna literally tell you to call Allstate and as much of a joke as that sounds like I hope u never have to find out it’s not after trying to return a 100 dollar bag

Hopefully you don’t need to print anything in a hurry. They no longer want to serve you at the counter. They want to push you to the self service printers even though there are plenty of employees standing behind the counter! I’ll take my business to a company that doesn’t expect their customers to do the printing job themselves!

Let me share with you my interesting encounter at Office Depot, a rather absurd establishment in Gastonia, North Carolina.
The staff there seems to rotate as frequently as one changes their underwear. Half the time, they appear clueless about what they are supposed to be doing. And when they do know, they are remarkably slow and inconveniencing to anyone visiting the store.
The print center is simply terrible. It's a mystery how they manage to keep the store running with the sluggish pace at which they operate.
For a decade, I have followed a simple routine - sending my printing requests to the same email, walking in to collect my items, and leaving. But now, they expect customers to use self-service, essentially doing the work they are paid to do because they are too lazy to do it themselves.
To add to the frustration, when I emailed my documents as usual, they insisted on a new email address for the self-service station. This meant I had to go over there and handle everything by myself, with no compensation for my time.
It's incredibly frustrating when they make changes that only result in printing a few pieces of paper. Their facility does not allow for sending items from inside, forcing customers to step outside. I refused to resend my documents to a new email address and then proceed to the self-checkout for printing. The employee could have easily handled the task without any hassle.
When I requested that the employee do it for me, he flat out refused, insisting I use the self-checkout. This is not Walmart; I expect my documents to be printed efficiently. The staff should focus on doing their job properly instead of being lazy.

I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance as I entered the store. I needed help later and even though he was busy, but he stopped immediately and helped me find what I needed.

Give Jeo a raise! At the end of the day today (Saturday) it was very busy in the printing service area and he kept such a calm, relaxed demeanor and was able to confidently and efficiently help every single person in line. Everyone had a different need and he was able to bounce from one to the next with such ease. Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a while! Five stars for Jeo.
