“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That's what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”

“Amber did a good job of a simple wash and trim for my puppy. I was surprised at my dog's happy and playful attitude after his first experience ever at a groomer. He will need a few more puppy treatments before he gets used to the process of going to a salon. My dogs face was trimmed, nails were clipped, and he was so silky soft. I received many compliments on his appearance afterward that I would continue bringing him in for grooming sessions.”

Corrine placed phone calls to the manufacturer as well as the circle y rep to try and figure out some information on the same saddle in a extra wide tree for our boy.Even pointed us in the direction of a saddle fitter that we were able to work with to make sure we got the proper fit.
