5 weeks...4 different techs and still no washing machine. Your company should send the same tech until the problem is resolved. Each guy had a different diagnosis. I had to describe the symptoms 4 different times.Now GE is involved 5 weeks later, had the same guy come perhaps GE could have been involved 3 weeks ago...

We had to reschedule because he didn't show up between the scheduled 8-12 time. He called at 1:10 saying he couldn't find the house. He didn't call or text when he finished his previous job, like he said he would. We work nights and lost sleep waiting for him.
