“Used the call center to obtain coverage and the rep was excellent but could only reserve our unit for two weeks rather than 4 weeks because there was only one unit our size available. When I visited the location Shuna answered my questions and walk me to the unit. Overall a good experience.”

“I rented out a unit at this establishment for almost a year. From the time we got our unit to moving out, the transition was super smooth! I do want to commend this particular place on New Hope for their outstanding customer service. If I had a question about anything, they were super helpful and very friendly! We had a small hiccup on renting their truck which had an oil leak but they were right on it and got us a truck at their sister location on franklin (Which I highly DO NOT recommend that particular location, due to unsatisfactory customer service, please see that review on their page). Highly recommend this storage place on New Hope and will use them for any future storage needs I may have, thank you!!!”
“I can say, I like that they have enough room for a bed and like 13 or so big boxes. The elderly man was very nice to me ansd my boyfriend. Bless his heart he needs some help though. Wish I could take the time to help him though or I would.”

“This place has alot of really good employees to help people. But one really stood out. My husband and I showed up really early in the morning. And this young guy with curly hair and a beard. I wish I knew his name. But he was out there moving the vehicles and getting everything ready for the morning time. He was fast and very professional and very kind and polite to stop and help us. But that young man is the best driver I have ever seen. Thank you to that young man for being able to multitask and able to help us today!”
