“I must admit, it was truly an "Adventure," being I had 2 use my walker(wth wheels) due 2 a recent medical findings, I took my time as this location has easy access 2 an elevator n once the doors opened, I slowly got 2 this office on 2nd flr n around the bend, I cud c the office wth plenty of folks frm all ovr, gettin their nds met. Once u get a tkt wth a number on it, u find seating n keep ur eyes on the automated board whr ur tkt number comes up n tells u how much time it cud take b4 ur called. Atleast, u hv an idea as 2 ur wait time considering the nature of ur visit. Mine was 4 renewing my handicapped placards. Wth mine being as such, once my tkt number was shown on automated board, I was directed 2 the appropriate window, it was a breeze n the personnel there we're friendly n professional. My total wait time was about 45 minutes. Luckily, my walker was equipped wth a seat, yet the did hv seating 4 the most part. Definitely bring ur patience n a lil humor..u will get thru it! This was my very 1st visit 2 this location. Also, if u get a lil antsy, there is a mini food court that shud quell ur appetite or thirst. The only thing I wud suggest is they nd 2 wrk on the doors 2 this location of the mall, the handicap buttons 2 open the doors 4 folks like me, cud b frustrating, however, folks goin n the same direction, whether leaving or comin, did ask if I needed any help. That's whn u c the very best n our communities..Thk u.?????????”
