I would leave a zero rating if I could. My wife and I purchased a king size Sleep Number bed back before the holiday and told that the delivery charge could be credited back when the next promo would be released. That was all that was said at the time of purchase. We assumed this would be something automated. It took over 30 days to get our invoice for the bed and the credit wasn't listed. Some time passed and we visited the Gastonia store for a Sleep Number pillow and brought up this credit situation. The salesperson said we would have to call the customer service 800 number, but shouldn't be an issue since she saw on our file we had already contacted them. I did this the next day only to be rejected and told how the promo match should've been described. We were supposed do know that we had 30 days to ask for this credit. The customer service person said to get the store manager to advocate for my wife and I and recommend the refund. I sent an email to Robert, the store manager, and never heard back. I called to follow up and he said he was basically powerless but said he would ask his DM. Robert also apologized for his store for not communicating the promo policy. Robert sent me an email stating that the DM said for me to call customer service. I called customer service and was involved with a very understanding rep but once escalated to her boss was denied again for the "outside of 30 days" policy. What a waste of my time.

Robert was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and was able to suggest which opinions might suit us best.We came in on a day where it was very busy. He was the only person working but we observed that he gave each customer outstanding service and attention! He did so in such a nice, relaxed way that we didn’t mind waiting while he was helping others.The store was clean and we found the signage helpful! We had a great experience and cannot wait for the delivery of our new bed.

I bought a Queen #8 bed with the adjustable pedestal. Underneath my bed has the box that blows air into the mattress . Not once but twice this box fell from under the bed to the floor. Sleep numbers repair team was sent to my home both times. Their repair team shows up around 7:45am both times...I had nicely ask for afternoon appointments only. Once they arrived they began asking me for tools. I ask did You not bring tools to work with no they replied , they didnt even have the necessary part to repair my bed. I load them my screw driver which they kept and they ask for a straw, they cut the straw to make a little make shift washer, well of course that didn't last long because they had to come back the second time because the air box fell again. Warning Sleep Number will sell You a bed, but I caution you deeply anout their repair team. It is so Unprofessional! If I had the opportunity I would go somewhere else to purchase..way to expensive for such cheesy maintenance service...

I wish it were an option to give no stars. My husband and I walked into the store to view a mattress in person because we wanted to purchase it and support the store in the area. A bad idea should have gone to the Charlotte location. It was one woman working alone. She was at the desk with an elderly couple helping them. It does not take much to say hello and recognize the people that enter through the door. We even walked to the back of the store to view additional mattresses to ensure she saw us still nothing; at that moment, we understood she did not want to do business with us. Thank you for helping us make a decision. I refuse to purchase an almost $8,000 mattress with an employee that does not speak. Don't worry, I won't step back into your store, and your mission was accomplished. A simple suggestion is to coach your employee to greet everyone.

We've had our bed about 2 years and love it. We recently purchased pillows. Great deal. We have 100 days to like, exchange or refund if we have any discomfort or just want to try another style. That's a great deal..

Sherri was incredibly knowledgeable about how Sleep Number could address issues preventing us from getting a restful night's sleep. There were various styles of beds to try/experience and compare. Sales reps worked as a team to answer all our questions before purchasing. Great experience and bed is to arrive in under 2 weeks!

Well my experience at the store was great, I'm trying to buy and pay for brackets for a king size bed, and have had to scan my credit card six times to no avail as the system/ website check out keeps circling back and asking for the same information without completing the transaction. What should have taken about 30 seconds has now taken me more than 10 minutes.. then when talking to a sales rep all of a sudden some not very well defined could be a scam website wants me to plug in all my credit card information and confidential information which I won't do. I'm not happy at the moment. Cleopatria was not helpful.

It was a wonderful experience and when we went into the store we were going purchase anything. We just wanted to see the beds. The sales associate, Jill, explained how they work and all of the benefits of the bed. She had personal experience that was also informative. We were convinced that we should make the purchase since it would improve our sleep quality!!

Our experience at the Gastonia's Sleep Number store was nothing less than perfect. Ms Sherri Vrachnas was excellent!! She walked us through the Sleep Number process with ease. Sherri was very knowledgeable of all the products and wasn't the pushy high pressure sales associate. We are waiting on our bed to be made in South Carolina, USA and can't wait to dream in our new bed! Thank you Sherri Vrachnas for your wonderful attention to our sleeping needs. Sweet Dreams are in our future!!!!!
