Took my Edge in for an oil change and routine service at 30k miles. After waiting for a bit, they came back and said that there was several additional services they recommended. Namely, a brakeline flush, fuel system flush, and a tire alignment as they noted "uneven wear" on my brand new tires. I declined at the time as this would have more than quadrupled my bill. However that is where things took a downturn. My vehicle started having issue heating the cabin, and only provided heat during driving, not stopped or idle. I brought my car to another dealer as it was the soonest time I could get in. Turned out the coolant cap was not put back correctly, and resulted in over half a gallon of coolant being missing. The second part that was noticed is the liner under the car meant to dampen sound was not correctly put back after the change, which resulted in it dragging and being scrapped away. But the final straw was when I took my car in for an alignment from a store I trust. They determined that there was no alignment needed, and provided the readouts showing a perfect alignment.Long story short, Tindol Ford Service tried to upcharge me for services I didn't actually need, an was too careless which caused additional troubles that I needed to have resolved. While my car was being inspected for the heating issue, I was without a car for 5 days. Will not be going back again and recommend all go elsewhere.
