I give the store 5-stars for location and for staff being pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to give the store only 1-star for the tape. I am moving with a lot of stuff and so I have a LOT of boxes which I purchased from this location. The boxes are fine but the tape SUCKS! I don't know if it is old or if they just did not put enough adhesive on it but it is coming up and off almost every box. I have had to re-tape most of my boxes and had to even go buy replacement tape (3M) from CVS. U-Haul needs to remove this product from the shelves and get an entirely new batch. I originally bought several rolls and after many days work to see it just peeling off or hanging off the boxes is very VERY frustrating. I

Worst rental experience ever. Came in to pick up a van. Three people behind the counter and apparently only one of them was capable of processing rental trucks. The male attempted to get me into my rental and had computer problems. I waited over 20 minutes while it was obviously more important to these 3 to help decide on a name for the male employee's new puppy! Finally when the amount did not match what I remembered being quoted, I went outside to get the paperwork from my car and came back in only to find him working on a different customer's rental, and I had to wait for this transaction while the other 2 employee's continued talking about anything but UHaul business. Then the male employee basically had to start over with my contract. When my wife and i started to show that we were upset with the process,, the male employee and one of tye two females raised their voices at us and claimed they could refuse service. If we had not already been late and in fear of no other (Enterprise,, Hertz) vans available,, we would have just canceled and gone somewhere else. We'll know better next time! Complete waste of time which is unlike our previous visit 3 weeks ago...we came into the location for packing supplies, totally different crew there and they were very knowledgeable, courteous and got us everything we asked for very efficiently. Where were these people yesterday? Also, the van was filthy. I had to sweep it out before I could put anything in it and the windshield was very dirty.

If I could give a 0 star review of U Haul overall I would, I found this first online so I'm eating them as a company, this particular location had nothing to do with it, but after speaking to several people of U Haul, I would never ever recommend them. Company process for U Boxes is a joke, I'm pretty sure a five yo could do better. Totally ridiculous how they handle everything.

I just needed to rent a cargo van and not a huge truck, to move a few pieces of furniture today on short notice. U-Haul had exactly what I need, ready to go, with a competitive price. Return was easy too. Thanks again!

This place was the worst. I have been to many U-Haul operations in my life (apt. moving, company moving, or just needing a truck for the day) and this is the single worst I have ever been to. The personnel outside checking in the truck upon it's return were great, but once you started dealing with the people inside, especially the mgr. you have bottomed out. I would strongly suggest contacting any other U-Haul franchise in the neighborhood (of which there are many), or Penske right down the street at Home Depot prior to dealing with these people. The vehicle I was rented was a mess, then they wanted me to make sure it was clean when I brought it back. The odometer was wrong on the paperwork and I had to have that corrected prior to leaving, and the truck smelled like a smokehouse. Just simply the worst experience possible. If it were possible to leave something lower than 1 star I would do that.

Very organized operation here. James reserved a small trailer and it was ready to go at the appointed time. Great customer service too. I always recommend getting the additional insurance, you just never know what might happen on the road.

BEWARE!!!!!! Not once, but TWICE this place has screwed us up. Last year, same time, RESERVED a trailer and when we got there, they didn't have it. Ran around trying to find a trailer from other sources. This year, RESERVED and ORDERED a hitch to be installed. I received two emails confirming it, then another one the day before installation saying "we are confirming your installation on...." Different date, in which we aren't even go to be here. I never made that change, AND then proceed to tell me that they sold my hitch that I ORDERED and RESERVED a week ago and sold it to someone else that ordered it after I did. NEVER again will I deal with this Uhaul location. Twice you did us wrong. GET your communication and reservations straight! You are much better going elsewhere!

Returned my van, waited for the attendant in the return lane as instructed for 10 minutes. No attendant showed up. Went inside and watched the the employees unhurriedly work through the backlog of customers. No manager in site, but supposed was in the building. I asked to see him. Uhaul has time consuming rental procedures and need more staffing. I would go somewhere else unless you have a spare hour to turn in your vehicle. The good point was the van I rented was new.
