Not happy at all had a prescription issue tried to understand what was going on...I got hung up on...I called back..another employee told me I was hung up on basically because they couldn't make me understand...terrible customer service today. Some people have learning disabilities....

My Mother in law has been a client here since they first opened! She's even sent Them other patients! The pharmacist called social services on her, and said she hadn't picked her blood pressure medicine for 6 months! Lol lol pcaregiver! The social worker called me! We won't be back there, ever!

Today I purchased Mupirocin an antibiotic salve from RosePharmacy, Dumaguete City. The tube was 90% air. I talked with the manager asking for a replacement or return. She stated that it was not their fault and Rose Pharmacy takes no responsibility for defective merchandise.Please reply and suggest what options I have.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for while since I moved her here from wear Virginia were I am originally from.. I have never once disrespected anyone the white lady that work there was very disrespectful to me this morning on the day of 4/15/2022 and the pharmacist was right there and he didn’t say anything. I’ll never go back there again I could of got rude back with the lady but instead I didn’t! if you mad you don’t take it out on customer’s very unprofessional I will take my business somewhere else for now on…

My husband and I needed a rapid Covid-19 test last October to travel outside of the US and we were recommended to go to Union Drugs. The pharmacist came out to our car, administered the nasal swab test, and we had our results in less than 15 minutes. They charge $60 for each person as they don't accept insurance for the test. Now we will be traveling out of the US again next month and we'll definitely go back to Union Drugs. It is so nice not to get the run around!
