Everyone in this store seems miserable lol The lady at the email station or whatever seemed genuinely angry.
(I DID come in 15 minutes before closing so I get it, but damn ðŸ˜)
Also, not sure why receiving an email costs $3. Emails are free! What on earth am I paying for?

I'm only giving one star because I can't put 0. The customer service in this store was discussing! I went in for a simple notary and noone would assist in this matter and had an attitude because they had no idea where they nor was supposed to sign. I asked if someone else could do the notary and was greeted by an old grumpy man with and attitude as if I had did something to him. I don't know who's pissing on UPS store employees coffee. They are just horrible

No customer service! Wanted $3.20 to print a piece of paper before I could return a package to Amazon. Other locations have a scanner that allows you to skip the line scan and print for free!

I came into the UPS store on March 6 and ordered business cards that I need for an event coming up April 3. I made that clear I made it clear what I wanted on the front and on the back of the business cards.
Need to say I got a text message from Herbie stating that the image that I sent was too small for a business card I was told by the graphic designer that works in the UPS store that I needed a PNG file I needed the image sent in a PNG file so I asked the individual that made the logo for me to send it to me in a PNG file When I come back to the UPS store today March 19 they tell me that the file I have is not a PNG file it’s a JPEG file so I said just give me what you have at this point because I waited long enough so then the graphic designer who supposedly knows what she’s doing asked another employee in the store what her opinion was, and she said that she was concerned about the edges of the business card. Meaning when they printed out the whole entire picture of the logo may be cut off is what she said so.
Of course, that further upset me and at that point, I asked for my money back I will never go back to this UPS store here. The address is 2230 Suite 100 on on Franklin Boulevard. I will never come back here. I will never refer somebody and the one person that I did refer I’m gonna tell her to go somewhere else I professional on so many levels.

Guy on the counter was so nice to me. He was really patient while I was making a call and he was so kindly responding to my questions and he made it so quick and easy for me. I will recommend this place 10 out of 10 nice people there.
