I am highly disappointed in this store. I have NEVER been required to package returns from Amazon….perhaps this is something new…but they were unwilling to package my return this time and said I had to fit it into the original packaging!!! Luckily I was able to do that! What is the point of even using the UPS store!? You can package it yourself and drop it off at various ups access points such as CVS. I am guessing the UPS store ownership has changed because I have never had a problem EVER in the past. If I was the owner and IF the policy has indeed changed from Amazon then I would have my staff advise people and OFFER to assist in packaging the item anyway!!! You have utterly and completely lost my business!

Sent out the package to return to spectrum. However it was shipped back to me. The package looks like they played basketball with it. Both ends of the package are open and middle crushed. I can't believe the way this played out. Was not delivered and completely damaged now. I think maybe you need to retrain your employees

All my UPS packages get delivered here for some reason that they don’t know. They make it very apparent that they can’t help with any issues because they are a independent store so it’s odd that my packages always end up here.

I didn't know what I was doing so the lady @ the front walked me through the steps on my phone so that I could ship my item back to the location.

Try to avoid at ALL costs. The ups guy didn’t leave a small package and unfortunately this was the access point. I called to ask the older woman what was the earliest I could pick up the package. She spoke to me as if I was in first grade. I called the next day because it was stating the package was ready 6 hours earlier than what the older lady said. I got a younger lady and she said nothing about 2/3 pieces of first class mail or a tracking number. The package was a gift for Easter. So I had to go through a bunch of crud for an Easter egg gift. I said didn’t I call up here earlier and talk to you. She said no and I said there’s only two of you working. No response. Absolutely terrible and I promise this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem out of this store. Horrible customer service and to deny I spoke to you because you didn’t properly inform someone…. Childish.

Horrible customer service, stood there no one greeted or said anything thing to me, two customers walked in after me and got service without hesitation as I stood there once I finally did get waited on the gentleman was basically rushed off of the computer because the other associate wanted to take care of the gentleman that came in after me. This has been a terrible experience I do not recommend this location, very unpleasant and unprofessional !!!!!!

Do not ship with UPS. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Had an issue with a package I had $1000 insurance. UPS crushed the box and item. Never paid me my money. I highly recommend USPS. Drive the extra mile for a more reliable and professional experience.

Went to return Amazon product and the guy with the pony tail on top of his head was extremely unfriendly and acted like he did not want to do his job. Will not use this location again.

Superb service from the associated who assisted me with a print job this morning. The store was busy. I was assisted by the young tall guy. There was an older female associate sitting in the back. I assume the manager or maybe she was working on special projects is why she didn’t come to assist the guys upfront.

I went in yesterday with a return item to Amazon. I had printed the label and needed a box. This was a gazebo, in the zippered bag. I ask about a box, the lady was rude. She advised me they don't take items unless they are boxed up. I told her I needed a box. She proceeded to talk to another lady in the store and gave her the measurements. Shetold me it was going to be 72.00 and that my Amazon label would not cover it. I left there called Amazon who advised me otherwise. I went to the Belmont location whereBryson, a very kind young man was more than happy to help me, it was only 17.52 for a box, and my Amazon label covered the shipping. Will never go back to Robinwood location again. Shame on them for trying to rip people off.
