This place is horrible. Opening time is 9am didn’t open doors till 915am. Then took another 15 minutes getting there computers and drawers ready this makes no sense.

Today, 04/16/2025, I went to process my two girls' passports at this place. I was simply surprised to see that they served us quite quickly. We were served by a somewhat older lady, but despite her age, she is truly very good at her job. She is quite fast at her job. If I were her boss, I would be very proud of her. I congratulate her on her work.

Does anyone at usps own a map. Everytime I have a package go through Gastonia, it's lost for a week. I live in Greenville, SC and I order goods from Pennsylvania. One time a little over a month ago my package went from Gastonia to Lake Mary fl to Kent Washington and finally to me. I have one lost right now and recieved one last Wed. That was lost for eleven days. Gastonia is about 80 miles from Greenville. Yesterday they sent it to Fayetteville. 166 miles in the wrong direction. Customer service has no clue. The labels are fine when I finally get the packages. How many people have to mess up to cause this to happen? It's sad.

I normally fine usps to be great but for some reason iv seen packages arrive in Gastonia as early as 5am and I do not receive my mail or my packages until the next day Gastonia is not that big of a place so this has never made sense to me

I shipped a priority package Dec2nd. Today is Dec10th. No one knows where my package is. It was tracked on Dec 3rd at the Gastonia NC post office. Hasn't been seen since. I will never use USPS to ship a package.I am out $19.30 plus my package and the post office is sorry. REALLY. THIS has got to be the worst service ever.

Every time a package is shipped and it comes through here, it’s delayed, shipped to the wrong freaking state or doesn’t arrive! Please get this place together!
