Was told to get back in line multiple times for a single request. Receptionist was extremely rude and only rude to me, even told her co worker not to assist me.

This has to be the worst post office. Heaven forbid you ever, ever live in Charlotte and the package has to go through USPS and stop here. Your package's ETA will change from today and instead sit there for a week and then get delivered. Every, single, time.

Customer service is well below average, walked in before 5 and was told I wasn't and that I would have to come back another day to pickup package.. not only was the old lady rude u cud tell management would do nothing about my complaint if I had, just crazy if u hate your job...QUIT
