This post office I have used for both professional and personal reasons and have had horrible experiences with both. My most recent poor experience was with my save the dates for my wedding. I sent out 87 save the dates and only about 25% of them were delivered to my guests. I am just glad it learned the hard way not to use this post office with my save the dates and not my wedding invitations. I do not recommend this post office if you are sending out any kind of important mail.

If I could leave a zero I would. This place is completely unprofessional and lacks any kind of customer service. An employee by the name of Latoya gave us nothing but attitude when going to pick up our package. She lied to us when confronted about whether we spoke to her a few days prior. Shelly however was extremely respectful and tried her best to get us our package, but was yelled at by Latoya when attempting to do so. My girlfriend had to drive an hour from her work to pick up this package because this location was nothing but confrontational. This post office WILL NOT deliver to your doorstep according to them. Although customer service representatives say otherwise. Latoya says that their customer service representatives do not know THEIR policy. If you do not like working there or have no customer service skills you should probably quit. Will definitely be requesting our deliveries to be shipped via another service any and every time if possible.

I missed my package yesterday that needed a signature. I was nervous about coming down here because of all the negative reviews. I personally just had a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was kind, friendly and found my package without any issue. So I wanted to let everyone know, that even though some people express frustration with their experience, mine was fantastic.

This post office is ridiculous. They will not deliver packages of any size to my address nonetheless when I try to return mail to sender due to individuals no longer living at my address they will put it back in my mailbox. Had to go to the post office to pick up a package that they could not deliver. This is the worst looking post office I have ever been to. Tape holding tables together and on top of that. Staff is rude. They spent 20 minutes looking for my package. I constantly heard them throwing packages and slamming them down on the floor to get to mine. This is concerning considering people ship and order things that could potentially break due to how this post office handles packages. I stood up front waiting while other staff complained that they would much rather be at home . Hopefully I don’t have to go back to this post office anytime soon . But I’ve attached a photo of the table I was referring to and the voicemail that they left that they don’t deliver to my address but they deliver regular mail just not packages ..

This has to be the worst post office. Heaven forbid you ever, ever live in Charlotte and the package has to go through USPS and stop here. Your package's ETA will change from today and instead sit there for a week and then get delivered. Every, single, time.

Package arrived today undamaged after going back to the Charlotte hub. I found out through my local post office that this location is dealing with their sorting machines being down so everything (as of a few days ago) was having to be hand sorted. Due to that I’m changing this to 4 stars as im sure the people here are trying to sort everything as quickly as possible and it’s not their fault for machines being down. That said USPS as a whole needs to do better with customer service. It takes 15 minutes just to get to the point of asking for a representative on the call and then a minimum of another hour for the person to tell me the same information that I already see online.

I’m not one to usually complain, but at this point I still don’t have an important package that was supposed to arrive last Thursday and it has been sitting at this location for 8 days now. I was going to continue to wait before posting a review but my household had another package come through this facility 2 days ago and it didn’t sit there for more than a few hours before making its way to my local post office. Despite my best efforts of calling and filing a case, I still have no update beyond the generic “Moving Through Network” note and will just have to play the waiting game.

Customer service is well below average, walked in before 5 and was told I wasn't and that I would have to come back another day to pickup package.. not only was the old lady rude u cud tell management would do nothing about my complaint if I had, just crazy if u hate your job...QUIT

Why is a package that only has to move an hour away at a facility for more than 24 hours. It could already be delivered. This is ridiculous I've been waiting for this package since February 26

Just have your stuff sent to a family member or friend. Because if you’re in this area it won’t be getting to your mailbox. Especially packages. Save yourself the trouble

More missing mail than I've ever experienced. A photo of mail is taken, I see it in informed delivery and it never shows up even after filling out a service request. Almost always, paychecks! If they have a photo of it, why can't they deliver it???? Clearly, it's there! Postmaster General Louis DeJoy needs to be fired!
