This has to be the absolute worst Walgreens. Consistently had problems with the pharmacy. The only good thing at the pharmacy is Anette. Everyone else is rude. Sat in the drive through like to get my daughters eye drops for over 45 minutes and didn’t move once. I finally pulled out of line and took my daughter in with pink eye (was trying to avoid that). The same car had not moved from the window. I was informed they were waiting on their prescription to be filled. They should have them pull around. I will go to Publix from now on. They are far better.

My pharmacy was out of my medicine and told me Walgreens has it at east Gastonia so I called my doctor they called it in and I called and was on hold forever they wasn't sure if they had it put me on hold again told me to come in a hour will not go back to this one ever never had to hold to talk to someone ever

Pharmacy sucks. They told me my medication was ready but when I arrived they made me wait 40 minutes. The following week I called to ask for a refill on a medication I didn't have a refill for. They said it was ready amd when I arrived there was nothing for me. Horrible, lazy, service.

I've gotten my medication here for many years, but management has really been slipping the last 6 months.Hold times to speak with a pharmacist are routinely 25-55 minutes, so getting a prescription refilled becomes quite a chore. The app used to be effective, but now prescriptions just sit in pending until you carve out an hour of your day to call them and actually get it filled. Very frustrating experience that's encouraging me to go elsewhere for my medications.

Have been waiting on a prescription that was ordered 4 days ago and still isn’t ready. Tried to call and after 40 minutes of being on hold finally gave up. No one ever answered. Glad it wasn’t life or death medication. Time for a new pharmacy I guess considering I don’t know when it will be filled or why it hasn’t already.

Worst pharmacy in NC! I have gotten wrong meds more than once, they "forget" to run my insurance the majority of the time, 2 months ago they had a medication dosage and how often wrong...the list is endless. The staff continues to blame the app when it's clearly the staff, the new pharmacist is there from cvs where she had problems before, now nothing but issues. I will yet again move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy! It's obvious they will just hire whoever walgreens needs to do better!

The pharmacy is horrible here. Last month my husband went to pick up my medication and they left one out. Normally that wouldn’t pose a problem because I could just go back and get it. We went back to get it and they said we don’t have it, it was picked up last night. Even after getting the store manager to review the tape with the time stamp to my receipt it still took the pharmacy over 24 hours to fix their problem and have my inhaler ready. Now, trying to get my inhaler again for this month they have cancelled my request twice and it’s been “in progress” for 2 weeks. Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of pharmacies with a much more competent staff than this one.

The pharmacy is unreachable on the phone. Call all times of day to get a perscription filled and 90% of the time i never get ahold of anyone. I put my phone on speaker and go about what im doing, 30 min, 48 min and i never hear a person just automated woman with music. The part that bothers me even more than that is when i go in the store to get it filled, they have a whiteboard saying "90 days without a customer on hold for over 60 seconds". It is so ridiculous and unprofessional to have a pharmacy just not answer your call and it happens almost everytime i try to call. Havent wanted to write this review but i just hung up after i went to see how long i was waiting to speak to a person and it said 48 minutes 43 seconds. Im furious

Thank Goodness for the super manager tonight! I was frazzled and almost fell for a scam person calling saying I needed a prepaid card to use for a Bond warrant or that I would be arrested. She calmed me down and called the REAL police to help me get it all reported and she saved me from losing almost $1000! Great Managers and employees looking out for their customers!

Staff NOT friendly at ALL.. When they ask you for your information its rather harsh. Not pleasant or caring. I just moved to the area I am NOT use to this. Call Chick-Fil-A and get some training GEESHHHHH

The Worst Walgreens EVER, The pharmacy employees are very rude, the take forever and very cery slow, my meds were called in since this morning and I waited 40 minutes and they said it was still not ready!!! They were not shorthanded either and the pharmacist is Slow and does not care about anyones time. The rest of the store is great, customer service is great. I transfered my meds to a Walgreens across town so I don't Have to deal with them

I called Walmart and the pharmacy had no problem giving me the name of my prescriptions over the phone. My other prescriptions will filled by this Walgreens they refused to give me the list of my prescriptions in the name of my prescriptions over the phone. Never heard of such nonsense. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Is a current patient at caromont regional center here in Gastonia my attending physician needed to know the name of a certain prescription ASAP. For God's sake it was just the name of a diabetic medication. I will never use this place again.

This place has really went down hill recently. I've been going here for years. There has clearly been a change with staff. The new pharmacist and Annette couldn't be more rude or incompetent. They clearly don't want to be there or work with the public. The past month I've not only have I had to walk the pharmacist how to enter insurance info I've also have had to make several trips and, countless phone calls to Walgreens due to misinformation from the pharmacist and Annette. I'm transferring first thing in the morning. This has quickly become the worst pharmacy in Gastonia due to the staff.

I had a associate yell at me and talk over me while I was trying to speak. She was blurry unprofessional and rude. I called corporate to report her. They are always out of medications I need every month and I never receive any communication when they are finally available. They female pharmacist seems like she doesn't like to be bothered with any questions.
