Extremely disappointed I walked in there to get photographs printed, there was nobody in the line at the main register, and there was nobody at the photo lab. I submitted my photos, and I waited. I went and shopped a little bit, and when I came back, there were still nobody in the main line, and there were someone in the photo lap, who still hadn't even started to process my order. Which was fine. She then processed my order. And people went to the front so she left the photo lab to go wait on them which were three people, and I was fine. She told me the five by sevens were not printing and she didn't know why but she would be right back instead of fixing the problem first. So I waited, and I waited, and I continued to wait, as she came back, said she didn't know why it wasn't printing, and then people got in line at the front again and she left and went and waited on those three people while I waited and waited now. By this time I've been standing in here before all six of these people even came in the building to shop And yet I'm still standing in the building while these people are now getting in their cars and going home So I walked up to the front and told her to shred my photographs that I did not want them and it was perfectly fine to have a good day. It's highly disappointing that a manager did not come out there to assess the situation or help with the line, while she was working with someone else who was there first. It shows poor management, ridiculous management, and bad customer service. I truly think these managers need to be reevaluated if they're going to sit in the back on their butts and don't do a dang thing

Customer service is always horrible here. The lady working in photo Nicole had an attitude because they had something in the wrong spot and they needed to price modify the item. Then she didn’t ask me to put my number in because she was annoyed that she had to do it. Walgreens use to take pride in satisfying the customer, but not anymore. And when something is placed in the wrong spot by an employee, they should honor it without arguing or getting upset. Take your business somewhere else because Walgreens is way overpriced anyways.

Pharmacy has gone down considerably in the last 4 months. Takes forever to get prescription and pharmacy closes because of issues all the time

I made an appointment for 1:15 for a vaccine. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I then waited 25 minutes without being seen. I won't be back. And if you can't keep your time commitments then you need to close your clinic.

All I can say is that I miss the "old days" when pharmacists and the pharmacy workers took great care of their customers. Customers are just another number with another prescription (that's usually out of stock).

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. It’s right down the road from my house but I go to the one that’s about 13 minutes away from me instead of stopping at this one, and it’s literally because of how rude the managers are. There are more than a few managers that are just plain rude and act like they loath the fact that you’re even in the store. Heaven forbid if you have to stop them to ask a question about something or have any type of issue. Really makes the whole atmosphere unwelcoming. Just terrible.

Had an appointment for a covid booster got there 10 minutes early and finally left 40 minutes after my appointment and went to harris teeter Was done in 5 minutes.

Always out of stock??I bought a hair dye yesterday and asked if they have more stock of the same color I got and they said probably tomorrow we will have it, and I came back the day after which is today and I came there and the hair dye is still not there so I just left?

Unprofessional and down right rude. You can call, use the app, and verify multiple times through email that your prescription is ready. And arrive 8 hours later and surprise! Your medication is not ready and you have to wait. The staff needs extensive customer service training. Horrible!

I shop at Walgreens several times a week to buy things for my elderly mom. I was told this past week at Walgreens on Union Rd that I can no longer receive sale prices which require coupons because I do not have the app. My phone is older and will not download the app. A manager was called to the register and he agreed to override a price because walkers were on sale for $25 off. He made it clear that this would only be done for me one time. This is sad because his location is two blocks from where my mom lives and I buy quite a bit but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Please train your pharmacy staff at the window med. They take 10 -15 with one person when this should be an express way to pick up my meds. Ridiculous waste of time. Send customers with insurance issues inside the building.

The cashiers at this place are awful. Every time I have gone in to grab something, I find myself waiting in line for what feels like eternity. There are 2-4 other employees standing around and chatting while one person is on the register. Needed to get in and out quick today and the cashier took her sweet time with this woman ahead of me as they told each other their life stories. I eventually asked if I could check out my stuff at pharmacy and was in and out quickly thanks to the pharmacy tech in the back helping check out my non-pharmacy related items.Extremely unprofessional staff that have inappropriate conversations in front of customers. One gentlemen the other day was checking people out at the photo counter and was calling customers dumb. Grabbed my card out of my hand to "show me something" and proceeded to tell me that the items "Candy" that I selected were bad choices.The store needs to train their employees better or get a hiring manager that knows how to vet people. Its embarrassing as a company.
