This of course depends on the location, and if we're speaking about specifics. Walgreens on Union Rd and Neil-Hawkins Rd. Well, in that case. The store is fine, average Walgreens. However, the pharmacy. Well that's a completely different review all together!! I've never used a pharmacy regularly for more then a year and at some point the pharmacist and techs recognize the Rx and name. And so they can better do their job! And serve the customer/patient well! Isn't that part of keeping and gaining business?! That would I guess dictate that you treat all customers with respect and actually try and meet their needs! Instead, they can literally recognize both name and med. When it's faxed to them @10am. They know that so long as stock is sufficient and the system process it. They can fill it. Also that this particular person is usually punctual. So please explain to me why at 6:30pm when I come to pick it up. Not only are they not filled. But you act as though going through this every month for the several past months is normal and shame on me for having a problem with folks not doing the JOB THEY APPLIED FOR! Hince the additude! Why should the customer have to while working himself. Have to stop everything and play the middle man to the docs office and said pharmacy. I could have sworn there was a process. *If you don't have the medicine in stock. Then why on earth would you not call other Walgreens stores in a local vicinity to find out. Why do I have to do it during my job hours!? And God forbid you find them, then you'd have to call the doc office and tell them,"we don't have but a store (Same affiliate) that does ect. Then the doc can send what, where it needs to go!! **BUT, Nope. If I want my meds like prescribed, not missing days or maybe even several. Then I have to step out of my work day. Get on the phone and see if, then where my meds are stocked. Then , call the doc. Then call the pharm that has the stock. Ask and confirm. Then call the doc. ((Then make sure the pharmacy gets said Rx)) then make sure periodically throughout the same work day. They are actively filling my rx and not waiting for me to arrive 6 hours later and still have to sit and wait for 30 mins. Umm you've had 6(often several more) hours and you can't count to 90 . I'm not asking or implying I am the only customer... However I am implying that somewhere somehow companies like this have lost touch with whom and what the customer is and has potential to do given the right platform! I demand changes! And equal treatment for every person that you serve. Regardless of medication types and all other superficial prejudice! Good day sirs! ?

Pharmacy hours: we were diagnosed with Covid at urgent care. They called or prescription into this pharmacy at 5:53 pm. We called and checked on the status and the automated information said it will be ready after 7:30 pm. So we waited. When we did t get a notification we called the store. Informed that pharmacy closed at 6pm today and closed Sunday. Now we can’t get our Covid meds till Monday!! We never got any notification of this hour change

The sign clearly says prescription pick up either lane. Yet the pharmacy tech Kenisha doesn't want to run either Lane I guess so I have to wait in line for 20 minutes for her to do a single Lane

This one star rating is due to one pharmacist. Pharmacy techs and store staff are great. Two pharmacists have been wonderful. One pharmacist, last name is Natal (I believe I have that correct), is very rude and more importantly often incorrect in his information on refills. I've called back to double check his information a couple times, luckily got a pharmacy tech on the phone and quickly got my refill. I've filed a complaint with Walgreens and we are switching pharmacies. I don't ever want to deal with this man again. I've never asked for anything beyond the regulations, and I know this as a former pharmacy technician. Two other pharmacists at separate Walgreens locations confirmed his bad reputation.

It would be great if the employee serving the drive thru wiped it clean so the drawer and the change holder isn't so nasty every week I go there. I suffer from immunodeficiency. I have the right to survive and not be intentionally put at risk. Just a little wet wipe would help. Why not bag my prescriptions and my identification? They throw everything into the drawer. Let's place those expense prescriptions gently into a cheap plastic bag!

A friendly greetings as I came through the door this morning Welcome to Walgreen's by Leah. You could tell she was so excited to be at work with her face shield and warm smile. She asked can I help I relied say Yes. This made my job easy and quick so I could enjoy the rest of my Wednesday. As, she was checking me out she ask would I like a flu shot and said the line is short this morning. Leah made sure I knew what Walgreen's was offering at the time. She definitely was on her job. Love it!
