I’m done with Wells Fargo after today.. horrible experience. I went to this branch in person to add an account today and was told there was no one there who could help me, was advised that I could make an appointment and come back next week or set it up online myself?! Really? 14 year customer, I politely advised the guy behind the counter that I would go to the credit union instead!

Prepare to wait 30 minutes for a single transaction, because the team doesn’t know how to prioritize guest issues. Management doesn’t seem to care that it is their ignorance taking up valuable time in everyone’s day.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for years. This has been the best experience of any branch so far. My relatives felt welcomed and all their questions were answered. Yary is very friendly, and profesional. Thank you, we will definitely be back to this location.

Made an appointment for a convenient day (May 8) and time for me online easily. Arrived a few minutes early and was seen almost immediately by a friendly Associate Personal Banker. Nice chat to explain my situation and we explored my options. I chose one, completed online at his desk. Approval came late same day. Revisited on May 9 for physical paperwork, issue completed to my total satisfaction.

it doesn’t matter how many thousand you have in the bank. It doesn’t matter if you have your new federal ID and your new federal Social Security card they will not change your name after a Divorce. Do not bank here. They are stuck in the 1880’s. Attitude included.

Closed the good bank in Kings mtn so I have to trt and use this one, never a good thing and even though they have 3 atm machines 9 out of 10 times they are out of service

Every part management at location is just sad . Associate at window are hard working and seem to pick up the slack of the lazy leadership that are clueless of issues going on or how to resolve anything .Location definitely need to be looked into. Tip to Wells Fargo don’t just fill a position . promote and see the hardworking associate that Carry your branches and remove the unnecessary manager that do nothing

I have been with Wells Fargo for 9 years now and I'll be closing all of my accounts as soon as I can get my issues with them resolved. The bankers at this branch wouldn't help you if their job depended on it. Would not recommend dealing with Wells Fargo!
