I went to Wells Fargo to open an account today. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly however I waited for over 20 minutes to see a bank employee to open my account. No one acknowledged me (except for the gentleman behind the counter). The lobby is wide open and I was the only client in there at that time. The bank lady, I believe her name is Olga, who helps create accounts had her back turned to me in the lobby and was on her cell phone. She had her computer on a hotel website. She had her Allstate car insurance cards on her desk. I assumed she was trying to rent a car and hotel for vacation. I guess she was too busy trying to make a vacation reservation to do her job! The gentleman behind the counter called her name at least 6 times to get her attention and she ignored him, just like she ignored me. All she had to do was wave or hold up her hand, or something to acknowledge me as a customer. It was 3:45 pm and they close at 5pm so I highly doubt she was on her break. I left, will not be back, and I will not use Wells Fargo for any financial need.

If I could give them a zero I would!! Very disappointed with service! The manager was rude and short. I made an appointment to be added to my partners accounts & I was not added to the most vital account. The Banker was rude and rushed, she was past her lunchtime & wanted to get out of there! My partner has been a client for over 19 years & has several accounts. He goes to another location where he is treated like a valued customer & was not happy with this locations service too!

It's okay has a drive thru ATM an a walk up ATM, it's never packed either

This is my home bank. I love this location. The staff is super friendly, professional and prompt. They seem very willing to help and I never feel forgotten They alway have answers to my questions and get me the person I need to see. I rarely have much of a wait Customer is treated like they are important Fast drive thru Security guard on staff
