After 3 weeks I picked up my mower, and 350.00 billIt lasted 2 weeks before it had to come back. Needless to say. I HADNT LEARNED my lesson. Brought it back now another 3 weeks later I'm here waiting to pull it out to take it somewhere else Don't deal with these people they have no customer service never again .

I’ve been dealing with Westend Hardware the last few years. Great staff and great products. Whenever I started my landscaping business they had the tools and knowledge to help get me off the ground. I would recommend anyone to this place whether you need nuts and bolts all the way up to landscaping and mowing.

The folks there are knowledgeable, and they often have parts that big box stores don't have. I've purchased thousands of dollars in equipment from a place in Lincolnton, but now that I'm closer to west end I've been going there. Knowing I purchased my equipment from another place they still don't give a runaround for warranty work. Stihl is the brand I use for everything. They carry it, as well as echo, Husqvarna, exmark and so on. Much better service than big box stores, and the guys seem to know what they're talking about. I always test that when I go somewhere new by asking obscure questions I already know the answers to. They have unpackaged nails, screws etc. So you're not stuck getting 10 packs of 5, or a box of 2000. The parking lot isn't the best, but overall it's an excellent place. Oh and they have a beagle mascot that everybody loves.

friendly but always busy plan on waiting for help or checking out .Had a piece of equipment worked on when they called and said it was ready when I got there it was leaking gas waited an hour for them to repair . When I got home, I started using the original was fixed but it started blowing oil, and the gas shut-off valve was not working. It wasn't a problem when I originally dropped off. Called the owner, and they fixed the oil leak but not gas shut off, and they left my equipment outdoors and parts rusted. It had never been left outside before. Their prices are good, time to repair goods , quality of repair not so good .

Great hardware store. They have plenty of parts for all my small engine needs. Lindsey and Terry are quick to help. And both are very knowledgeable. This is my favorite store.

I have been going to this hardware store for over 50+ years under different owners it is still a great place to go. I like how you can go in and buy one screw or one bolt if that's all you need. And they are very helpful with answers to your question and you don't have to walk all over the store find someone to help they come up to you.

Have been buying, and dealing with them for a while, back when Darryl owned it, but new owner John has taken over and is doing a good job. They have been good to me, and have done me right over the years ,and anytime needed service,since I buy there, and it's my livelyhood they are very prompt. The latest thing, I ordered a bagger from the manufacturer and it came in, not made to specs. So I went by, Lindsey said they would take care of it. So her and Kirk, altered it some and made it fit and work, even better than supposed to. From, Terry, Reggie,Mark, John, Aaron, and Jordan the new guy ,but is learning fast. They all are very nice, eager and willing to help. So with just about anything you need, they will fix you up and take care of you, with that small town feeling, where everyone is friendly and know everyone. They will continue to have my business.

What I like about Westend Hardware is they offer a quick service for mower repair. Most other places prioritize commercial customers which meant for me being without my mower for weeks.If you need your mower back quickly check out Westend.

I dropped my (craftsman rider) here in april didn't get ot back to September , thats after I got my own carburetor, picked up the mower after I called to seen if its ready note you have to call them to fine out or you wont ever know if its done or not, picked it up 3 times and its still not working payed 200 some cash for nothing I made Terry the owner a Promise won't be bringing it back enjoy the 200
