I used drive thru...told me 20 to 25 mins. Checked back at 30 mins and said 8 more mins. Circled back around which took another 30 mins and they said we don't know how much longer it would be... I requested to speak to management and was told she was outside working on a car that was broke down. I finally got my money back and no offer of an apology... completely a disaster of a restaurant. How do they stay in business?

MY Last 2 orders were delivered wrong I called to inform them on the last order I placed on July 25th. My pizza was delivered almost 3 hours later than the estimated delivery time, then my large pizza was missing mushrooms, which was one of my toppings..

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese & boneless garlic parmesan wings. Told order was out for delivery at 10:23 but didn't get it until 10:50 when the store is only 4 min away... Pizza didn't have extra cheese and boneless wings was not cooked all the way through and was little garlic parmesan. I called 3 times 1st time no answer. 2nd time someone answered & said hold on let me transfer you over & left me on hold for over 30 min.. 3rd time no answer. The worst experience I have ever had with any Pizza Hut. Will NOT ever order from here again

I ordered my pasta at 11pm. ap said it would be delivered by 11:40. when it was 10 minutes late I called and sat on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. I'm blocking the charge on my card in the morning.

charged my card 2 different times for one transaction and refused my refund for the 2nd transaction and not to mention got my order wrong and I didn't even complain about that and my pizza was dry like it was old worst excuse for a business and employees are rude and need to be fired and close the doors on this place will be contacting corporate

we work at the hospital and we always use this pizza hut and we have had no issues..... tonight I ordered pizza to surprise my coworker for helping me so much the night before.... I called to let him know only to find someone had already order pizza..... I called to cancel my order with no issue.... I tried to cancel online but I screwed it up... somehow my credit card processed my order 7 times (I am sure this is my fault). this pizza hut took care of this without a lot of fuss. greatful and so enjoy their pizza. (we order a lot on 3rd shift at the hospital )

I ordered two pizzas 2 hours and both of them were terrible. One was under cooked and the other had no sauce. They are replacing them but we will see. Also the Pizza Hut hotline was very unprofessional laughing while answering the phone. After today I think i will never order from here.

Ordered online and it promised I could pick up my order in 15-20 minutes, 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. Finally got the pizza but the manager was nice enough to give me a free 2 liter because they were late. Pizza is good for store front pizza
