Over a span of what I could say would be 3 or more weeks I tried to get my phone repaired and I did and he got the main problem out of the way but whenever I first got my phone back there was a small issue there wasn't enough glue on the back of my phone so for about a week I had to deal with the back of my phone falling off along with the volume button falling out eventually I got back to the store and asked if he could fix the problem he did with no charge and even asked if I would like a new back to my phone for 15 bucks I said sure and that was another about maybe a week or two
The reason it took so long is because they had to wait a bit for two parts a volume button holder and a power button holder that goes inside of the phone once I was able to go back and get my phone it was good for about not even a day and the volume button and power button were both loose again along with the back of my phone which is now completely replaced but still falling off
I would not recommend anyone to go to this place of business the employees are lazy and unprofessional at what they do going as far as to ask new client to report bad reviews
If anyone from the BBB sees this please check this business immediately I would not trust them with my phone ever again

The guy at Wireless Universal did a great job replacing the screen on my iPhone XR. It didn’t take but just a few minutes. I highly recommend taking your phones and computers to him to fix! The price is very reasonable!

Went to this location to get phone screen fixed called to see when it would be done and the number provided doesn't work. Came by to check it always closed also tried calling again and my number has been blocked BAD SERVICE. It has been a month and still no phone.

Needed a new screen for my Samsung A 13. First store ordered wrong screen, then the next one was damaged on arrival! Took my phone back and went to 3 other stores. All said they couldn't get a new screen. This guy had it in a week and replaced the broken one in under an hour.AWSOME!!!

Horrible customer service took my ipad here to get my screen repaired and now the screen hadrely works. So i had to take it to another place to get fix.
