Went to get advice on how to use machines and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Only saw one employee who was working with someone who I assumed was a trainer. They should have someone who does orientation to their machines or provide literature on how to safely operate their machines. I won’t go back again even though my membership is free through silver sneakers.

4.5. Really great machines, staff, and very clean all together. Could really use another court and enforcement for the current basketball court due to the over abundance of teenagers that come in and make it not fun in there. Especially with constant foul language and get off with just a warning

My daughter and I had a great time! They did great and had great food and sweets. They had a photo booth that was fun. They also had "fairies" which were teenagers who danced with the girls hand out tiaras and took photos with them. My daughter has a blast! We'd love to go next year.

called today because I received some gmails that the gym was going to be closed because they were going to remodel the gym and put in new machines. I was a little confused, then I called , so I dont go if the gym is closed, I called at 5pm and asked the lady, she answered super rude and with a very ugly tone idk I didn't like the way he spoke to me I only had one question :/ she answered like I asked a dumb question how rude are the people who work there for real ! I just wanted to make sure damn

Just tried to book family swim for the second week in a row. This time I knew to book it 24 hours in advance. ( last week we just showed up and told you had to reserved a time slot ) none for tomorrow. Which is understandable but last week I had looked in the pool area and there was 1 person in the pool but yet we couldn’t go because we had reserved a time 24hours in advance. At CSD ymca they are open 5am-8pm to swim and no reservations. Wish this location was more adaptable to families. Their pool closes at 2pm

Beautiful facility but waste of your money. Everything is almost always closed or booked. Sometimes the gym smells sweaty. The ladies in the front desk always have an attitude. I came in today because I thought I could use the pool with my kids. As soon as I walk in, the lady at the front desk looks me up and down like I’m crazy. She say, ummmmm the pool is closed. Then asks the lady next to her to confirm. The lady next to her is a little nicer and says they close at one and she’ll check to make sure. They told me I had to sign up for family swim. But that it was booked. Totally understandable but the delivery was absolutely disrespectful. You don’t look people up and down like they’re crazy. You could have simply educated me on how it works. I was not aware that was the process to go to the pool. Matter of fact I had to sit down and look it up online. ( which had no information on this) and then walk back to the front desk and ask them to educate me on how it works. The Second Lady was nice in showing me but what a horrible experience overall. I had the membership for the activities like soccer but that ended up being a mess as well. They allowed an unlimited amount of people to sign up yet didn’t have enough coaches. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know one experience doesn’t speak for everyone and things happen, but I’ve been going here on and off since they opened and it just gets worse and worse. I will be cancelling my $64/month membership.

I make it a Zero. They advertise a pickleball tournament this upcoming weekend 9/16 & 17/23. They only have 2 pickleball courts. Call the establishment and ask how many entries they have. No one knows anything and the person in charge of the event is on vacation.Complete incompetency! How would one run a tournament with 2 courts available and say 125 entries. If you entered you would be sitting a long time between matches.Hope the other functions the Y has to offer have more information about them.Sounds like management change is in order.

Pool is never open. Always closed for exercise groups, or lessons, or some other random thing you couldn't see because their online schedule is unreadable nonsense. Their pool hours are horrific to begin with, automatically 3 days a week you can't swim, and then you have to factor in all the closings. If you're joining any YMCA to swim, don't. It's verging on a scam. You can't trust the website; the pump might be broken and they didn't bother to put it up there, or some other thing, and they're irritated about talking to you but you get through it and drive all the way and, surprise!, the pool is closed for a class or a cloud! Or they need a reservation you were supposed to make yesterday that they didn't bother to mention because they don't care, and you've made the trip for nothing! I keep adding questions to my phone-ahead queries, but somehow they get me every time, because when I arrive it's some bananas thing I didn't think to ask about.Literally, I LITERALLY call the front desk to ask specifically about open swim and she tells me pool closes at 8 (it doesn't, it's 7:30 and never 8??), and says the open swim is all day today. Are you sure? "Go online and look at the schedule, it's easy" she tells me me. (Haha.) I get there and swim for maybe 10 minutes and THERE'S A CLASS AT 4:45 so they kick me out. These people... it's like trolling at this point.I wait around to go back, because maybe it's just the one, she WAS adamant it was open swim all day. It opens again, I get about 10 minutes more, ANOTHER CLASS AT 6:30.If the schedule is so easy and accurate why can't even the employees get it right??Last week, it was pool closed for clouds! Why have an indoor pool if you close because of clouds? Not one case of anyone injured, let alone killed, from swimming indoors while there's a thunderstorm outside, EVER, look it up. We pay extra for your indoor pool because the outdoor ones close for clouds, and here you are CLOSING FOR CLOUDS. And thanks for telling me on the phone, I JUST called.I've tried 4 locations for weeks since joining (ONLY joined to swim), I've spent hours days weeks now going from one to the other trying to JUST HAVE A SINGLE SWIM, spent almost $200 signing up (oh yeah the site says no sign up fee but there is one, so there's another lie) and so far I got to swim once, for 30 minutes. And they don't answer emails either, not once.Canceled membership, wasted so much money. DX(And the locker room showers wouldn't heat, so dunno how long that problem has been going or how long it will last. Just a warning if you don't want to take a cold shower in a freezing room.)
