Never know when they are going to be openTheir hours are 8 am to 10pmAnd this store is closed at 8pm when I go to get last minute stuff on my way to work ,This store doesn't benefit the community at all,The staff isn't very nice, the staff tries to hurry you out the door or it takes forever to get someone to the registers to get checked out,This store never get their stock on the shelves , they leave it on carts all over the place ,

My review comment isn't about the ongoing disorganized clutter and empty shelves but for the gift cards most importantly a ebay card I got last night .. I am well aware that they can't be refunded or exchanged for a different one so here it is.. ebay flat out says that the redemption code could take up to FOUR HOURS to become active so I tried about 20 minutes ago which is over 11 hrs after I paid for it and the eBay gift card balance page says zero balance.... I think the set of cards they have hanging are not valid anymore even tho they can still be sold.. I work retail the ones at my store doesn't look like the ones at this location .. I don't know if my bank will put a stop payment

Typical Dollar General. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.

This place is a joke. I've never been to a dollar general so unorganized. The shelves are half stocked, boxes everywhere, and the new product is all in boxes on racks blocking most of the isles in the store. This has been going on for months now ever since you sent the old manager and staff to walnut cove. Before the change in staff, this store was the best around. Something needs to be done with this place. Anyone posting positive reviews are either lying, or obviously don't know which store they are reviewing.
