She called me back when she said she would and because of that my loyalty will stay with this store. I find the competition for this store (Lowe’s) is awful, overpriced, and relies on a reputation they built years ago but it quickly declining over time. I will stick with Home Depot because time after time I find their prices to be more reasonable and their staff to be more helpful and friendly, with Sherrie taking the lead.
