If you need a prescription a day or too early please go to Harris teeter pharmacy they will do it Cvs used to do it all the time then when I call up there today Ryan is going to tell me they cannot feel it and my insurance covers it three days in advance this is the worst place that you can go to as a pharmacy

Pharmacy dept rep Ashley is very rude and not consistent with the information provided. Avoid this lady if you can she is very unprofessional. Would haven given a lower rating than 1 if that was a option

Went to get some antibiotics, not only does the bottle say 10 & I was given 7, so the infection has re-occurred but the guy behind the counter was so rude, other customers even commented on this. He also told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, 45 minutes later another female member of staff asked me what I was waiting for, I said my prescription and it had been sat ready. He had been looking at me now and then the whole time too.. really odd. Visited 22.03.25

I went today to get my husband some medicine for his sore throat on our way home, the lady in the register was REALLY RUDE! Forgot her name already but it starts with a P and it was on 01/03/25 at 7:30pm, she asked for an ID and I told her bc I wasn’t driving(It was my husband who was) I didn’t have my ID with me so I called my husband to bring his ID inside and she yelled at me saying YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ID, NOT YOUR HUSBANDS, YOURS! NOW GO TO YOUR HOME AND GET YOUR ID COME BACK AND I WILL SELL THIS TO YOU. I was shocked because she was really mean at yelling at me. Then of course I went to Wallgreens because my husband needed that medicine and bought the same there and a nice person in the register helped me to pay for my medicine, they didn’t even ask for an ID. Maybe she was a racist person or maybe she was a bad person. I’m not coming back just because of her.

Absolute top notch customer service, especially the pharmacy that I deal with most of the time. Surely some complain about long drive-thru waiting, but the customers are likely to blame. Walk inside and watch everyone in the pharmacy moving non-stop and you will agree.
Even though we no longer live that close to this location I still gladly make the drive there. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, ask if there are any questions or concerns and they tolerate my deafness extremely well. I never expect the world to change to accommodate my hearing loss, but they make sure nothing is lost in communication. 5 stars and then some!

I tried to schedule a vaccine appointment in the general area. I spent 3 hours calling locations, leaving messages to ask for the information I needed. Some kind people left voice messages to move me along me in my quest, others didn't. I finally gave up and went to Walgreens. I was able to do everything on line and could easily access the information I needed- 15 minutes, clear and easy. If you want to administer vaccines, get with it CVS. If you don't, you're doing just fine.

Worst Pharmacy ever!!! I called in my son prescription the night before so it would be there the next morning because he did not have any refills. Thinking I was giving them enough time to call the doctor. I called at 3pm because I had not heard from them. They tell me they hadn’t sent it over to the doctor and could I call the doctor. I called the doctor. On a Friday, finally getting through after 10 calls. When they answered I was in route to their office. They told me they were sending it over right then. I waiting and called back to the pharmacy at 5pm. Guess what they still hadn’t gotten anything back from the doctor. I ask the pharmacist, what’s gonna happen while y’all at home this weekend and my son having a seizure because he don’t have his meds. She replied and said you can take him to Fast Med. I blanked out and cussed her out. Called the 1800 number and they were no help either. Y’all need to care more about people. I should not have this problem every time my son run out of medicine. I will not be returning to this pharmacy!!

Went in to get help resending a package thru UPS. I have never done this before. The clerk would not assist me with sealing up my package. All I wanted was to borrow some boxing tape. I'm in customer service and I will go out of my way at times to help a customer. I don't know why that's a big deal. Whatever, I will never go back there.

I scheduled an appointment online for a Tdap vaccine. It was confirmed for 2:30p and at around 2:00p I received a text message, reminding me of my appointment and telling me to check in, then proceed to the pharmacy section to get the shot. I'm very anxious when it comes to needles and side effects of vaccines and I have a lot of anxiety in advance of any appointment like this, but I make myself go for the vaccination because I think it's necessary. I arrive with shaking hands, because that's who I am. I check in at the pharmacy section and they tell me that they can't give me the shot because the pharmacist just came back from being on leave and needed to catch up on things or something. I said "But I have a confirmed scheduled appointment and received a text telling me to check in, etc." It didn't matter. They weren't going to give me the shot today and said I could come back tomorrow at 3:30 or another day. I asked why nobody contacted me to tell me not to come; they didn't have an answer other than everything is automated. That's ridiculous! So I ended up having to drive back home again, having had no luck getting the shot that already had my anxieties at a high level. Now I have to go through the whole process again. I'm absolutely livid.

Imagine a world where crackheads ran a pharmacy…it would still be better than CVS glen raven. Rude employees. Lie and say they didn’t get your medication called in when they just neglect their voicemail. Talk to patients like idiots. I think I’d get my medications faster if they were called to a secluded tribe in Africa with no phones that only speak in clicks.

I tried for the second time to pick up a prescription today. The first time there were ten people in line and one person working the counter. The second time, several people in front of me and behind me. The clerk couldn’t get the cash register to work and then she moved to another one and couldn’t get it to work either. People started leaving as well as me.This prescription won’t be picked up.

I was able to get my RX medications for a Better price than Harris Teeter Pharmacy. And they offer a drive thru window for faster pickup. The staff was polite.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, the staff always treats me very friendly, I like it because if I can't find a product and I ask for help, they always come out to help me find it.

Poor customer service! The pharmacy opens at 9:00...... However, we had to wait 13 minutes for the pharmacist to show up to work. All other workers were waiting on him as well. No apologies for the customer's wait.
