The staff at the pharmacy were so arrogant and mean. especially The woman who worked at 1/10/2024 at 1:30pm is the worst. She has a really bad heart.

I was mistreated by someone named Karen working at the pharmacy. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and said that I needed to talk faster because “that is the way she liked it”, whatever that means. I will never come back to this cvs again!

To the people complaining it takes to long at the drive-thru. How about get your lazy self out of your car and walk inside? Or is that too much to ask? Also, would you want to help you? I certainly wouldn't want to help someone with such an "entitled" attitude. Maybe fill out an application and start working there. You know, be a part of the solution, not the problem

If you don't know when your items will be in stock don't say, "we're getting some today." Literally wasted time with the same person not knowing when their orders actually arrive.

I had to place this review due to the effort made to accommodate my situation. We all know these pharmacies are over run with backlogs of work everyday, something to keep in mind when placing a review. The pharmacist at this location does everything she can to be helpful and prompt, despite the workload she endures everyday. Kudos to this CVS for remaining professional in the heat of things.

Very unprofessional no kinda customer service skills what so ever poor management didn’t ask for my insurance card to update my info I was just told you have a third party insurance tried using close to the house but I see I should have stayed at south church CVS home in the first place where they have great customer service and management

Most of the staff is quite good, efficient, nice at what they do. Problem I have is I'm often asked if I'm aware of possible drug interactions. Yes I know that's what a good pharmacist will be concerned with, but I've been on the same meds for YEARS and have been asked that too many times to count. You would think a note would be placed on my account suggesting this. Also, the major issue is that regardless of me taking prescriptions off auto-refill and even placing some in the archive system to NOT be refilled that's overridden and refilled anyway. They have called to discuss a possible refill and when I don't return the call it's refilled and waiting. I'm done with CVS and will transfer to some other pharmacy. DONE!!!

Why does it take so long in the drive thru ? It should not take 20 mins per car for each transaction.
