Our trim down relay was fried when I launched our boat at 345pm on a Saturday afternoon. By the time I found the issue, it was 400 and my wife drove up to signal ridge in the off chance the shop was open. The desk lady sent her up the hill where the guy was super busy, but still took a minute to grab a new relay for her so we could get on the water. They have always been super friendly everytime we have stopped in for icecream and gas and yesterday topped the cake. Great people!

We had an absolutely lovely experience! The weather was super iffy and our boat was open all day so the marina was able to shift our times around the rain. The staff were super sweet and genuinely want you to have a good trip out. The lake is gorgeous and the 3 waterfalls on the lake are so fun to boat too. I absolutely recommend them and will be back with family in the future.

What a great experience! The boat we had was clean, well maintained, operated perfectly. A great time cruising the lake and THREE beautiful waterfalls. Signal Ridge operation was competent, quick and pleasant. They do a great job.

Always a good time on the lake when we rent through Signal Ridge. Staff is so nice and accommodating. Boats are in great shape and fairly priced!

Got a Kayak to rent. That was ok but wanted a boat. Unfortunately all were booked on a Thursday. They had green openings online but upon calling they said “it’s not enough time for cleaning”. Well I think if you can’t rent out boats due to having to have 2hrs time slots why do you have your website says a boat is available at that time when it actually isn’t. The layout should be every 2hrs showing how many available not every hour because then the open slots that are shown right now don’t mean anything. Anyways long story short just reserve week or so in advance

Amazing experience with Signal Ridge Marina! We thoroughly enjoyed the pontoon rental and they were very very reasonable, friendly, flexible, and responsive. Thought they had fair prices.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we rented a pontoon boat for the first time, they answered all my questions and helped walk us through it. Enjoyed the lake and the boat.

Checked the website — shown open until 4:00 pm so we drove 35 miles only to read a sign on the door “Closed for the Season.” You think they could update the company hours for vacationers who are there during “the Season”.
