I did not have a great experience like anyone else. I got a car from them and the car basically needed work done to it. I had my mechanic look at it. It had a lot of issues I called them and told them. I told them what was going on with the car and that I got a car that I can’t drive. I worked hard for my money and they simply didn’t care. The only thing they said was I’m so sorry. They could have at least offered me another car that would have been the gracious thing they could have done. Instead they basically ignored me and did not call me back with no answers. I recommend a woman to not go there alone. Anyone take a mechanic with you. I trusted them and they let me down with no remorse. Now I’m paying for a car I can’t drive I’ve wasted my hard earned money that’s ashame. Do not recommend.

Got my car from there years ago. I have been enjoying my Toyota Prius V ever since. The staff were very helpful and not pushy. I even got a better financing from them than my own credit union.

We bought a 2019 F 150 about 3 weeks ago. Alex was awesome. We’re there all day on a Saturday and by the time we drove off the Alex and Bj had made us feel like family. We had noticed that the tail light was broken (easily missed if you weren’t looking very closely). They ordered a new one and replaced it within two weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Best experience we have ever had on a car lot.

I brought my Jeep wrangler from here and I have no regrets I got my Jeep last month it was in excellent condition for a 2010 I just love her so much body work absolutely amazing Engine and everything about her was in excellent condition. They will work with your credit and that was a plus for me. I totally lost my Jeep Wrangler a month ago and I am a Jeep Wrangler lover, so I went online and first thing I seen was that green Jeep Wrangler I had to have it was in great condition, and it was just as I thought that Jeep was waiting for me. Alex was the sales person. He is an amazing sales person very friendly. He made everything happen for me. Thank you, Alex if you or looking for a used affordable vehicle this is the place to go. They stand by the word affordable and when they tell you that their cars are in excellent condition best believe them they are. They have some amazing cars and SUVs on that lot. That is where I suggest you take your money, and when you get there, ask for Alex

The wife and I have been looking for the right large SUV for a long time now. We finally found what we were looking for at Affordablenc! BJ helped me get my absolute dream Jeep Thursday afternoon. He stayed over time and made sure both of us were happy and we both left with a smile on our faces. You can’t beat that customer service and the feeling of leaving the dealership knowing you did business with the best people. He walked me through the process with ease and made me feel comfortable. Not to mention the easy conversations and laughter in just the short amount of time of knowing him and being there. If I would’ve gone to Goldsboro more often i definitely would’ve done business here sooner. Great people, great prices, and amazing customer service. Go see these guys y’all.
