Do NOT use their storage units. I was paying $250 a month for a 10x25 not climate controlled and found a place 3 miles away with a 10x20 for $101 a month and it is not just a special rate. You can literally get 2 storage units of 10x20 for MORE space at less cost. Just go to Mini Storage of Goldsboro on McLean St.

The actual storage facility is excellent. I’ve rented a unit here for several years. Usually when I walk in to ask a question the service is wonderful! - not today though. I walked in to ask a quick simple question about the sign they had up regarding exiting the property & going through a flooded section. I guess I interrupted her quiet time because she was very unfriendly. If she doesn’t enjoy working with paying customers she should find a different job. Next time I see her I’ll turn around & try my luck on a different day or time. Every other person I’ve encountered here has always been welcoming , friendly, & professional. The facility keeps the units very clean & most of the time their staff is awesome. With this lady’s attitude she won’t be renting a lot of units because she seems bothered to have people step inside the business.

Convenient location with excellent access to facilities. Lots of parking and drive through space. The storage units are clean and well built. We chose a 10×20 climate controlled unit and was surprised by the height. It's over 20 feet high. So you can store upward with boxes and leaves more room for other items like furniture and appliances. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

An extremely clean and secure facility. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I've utilized the facility twice with same outstanding results. Would recommend to anyone.
