I had gotten orders overseas and wanted to make sure my car was inspection ready before shipping it from the VPC in Norfolk. As soon as I sent an email to Jon about an inquiry, he had gotten back to me within a few hours. Right off the bat I could tell Jon was a great guy that really does care about his customers. I only asked for a Regular full detail package, but he also added an additional Engine bay detail just to make sure my car was as clean as it could be. He was able to complete a full detail of my car within one day and I was amazed at how clean it was! I have never seen my car that clean since I first got it. It looked brand new, I was very impressed with the quality of work considering he cleans and details each car by himself. I dropped off my car the next day at the VPC and had no issues whatsoever with the cleanliness of the car.
