“On our way back from Florida to Maryland, our van’s tire started wobbling and making a loud noise. When we pulled over, we discovered that three of the lug nut studs were rusted and sheared off. We stopped at the nearest place, Downes Auto Parts, which turned out to be the most wonderful people we’ve ever met! They kindly let my husband borrow tools and use their jack and parking lot. They were incredibly kind and even let myself and my kids sit in the store. We couldn’t have asked for more friendly and helpful people. Their customer service and friendliness were truly refreshing.”
