I love Bath & Body. It smells so good. The employees are usually very knowledgeable. I did pick a bad time to go. It was so crowded. Weekend before school started. They had plenty of help. Large inventory.

I normally have good experiences at this store unfortunately yesterday 4/6/23 I went to pick up an order and was made to wait a good 15 minutes if not longer. When I got to the register the young lady told me to step aside the other lady would help assist me with pickup. The young lady at the register was new I was aware. The issue came when she told the lady I was in the line for pickup but proceed to ring someone behind me up instead than went on to help the other customer in the new employees line.Everyone behind me including those with me were rung up before me and I was still waiting until she completed the Long transaction on the new employers register. She tried to be nice and say she was sorry for the wait. I took my bag and left. I will say everyone she help was of another race as well I did notice that. I'm a kind, friendly patient person but was disgusted and very disappointed. I should not have waited being a rewards member and already paid for my items. All I was in need of verification to pick up.PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN TO ANYONE ELSE. From now on I will probably be ordering online and sending it to my address. If I should go pickup and this is be another issue I'm reporting to higher ups/headquarters etc. Do things decent and in order and be considerate. Treat people how you want someone to treat you. I refuse to come out of character because of poor customer service skills. Just do better and learn to multi task appropriately. You simply could have went on got my order and had me out the way being I was first in line than proceed to help at the register.

Still excellent knowledgeable staff, well stocked and clean. The girls are just so kind, friendly and helpful!!To B&BW I had no clue as to what ALL the your company has changed regarding returns/exchanges... Just, WOW! I purchase almost everything online if I have exchange I wait until I go into town and exchange product for product. I don't think I have ever returned a thing. I mean I can understand completely why in todays world a retailer would need to protect itself to a point! With that being said, a person like myself that has been an extremely loyal customer since mid 90's (YES, A Very long time) Walks in to just make a few product for product even exchanges and I'm hit with a list of questions and protocols. ID required as always. Then dollar amount differences that would have to be paid because the pricing has just gone up on all candles, wallflower bulbs, etc. Then, the 3- simple night light wallflowers purchased only a couple of months ago are burning the wicks not the oil in bulbs. They can not be exchanged for the same ones I bought. B&BW are no longer "if for any reason we'll replace it" has turned into you get $2.00 off the purchase of a new one. Ok, exchanges made, I was given a receipt and a print out to log-in to some .com security company employed by B&BW to see how much I have left on the new 90 day return/exchange policy dollar amount left before I'm a criminal, theif, fraud or scammer! I LEFT ALREADY FEELING LIKE THAT!! THANK YOU! That's just crazy! I've loved the company for a very long time, not so much now. I'm not wanting to ever feel like this again. B&BW SMH

Was busy due to Christmas but staff was friendly it was hard to really look around because the store was smaller and there was so many people. Great experience though.

Cashier shot change me. I question her and the manager. The manager stated she would have to count her draw to correct it. She then hung up.
