It's not dirty but also not a hotel clean standard. Dirt visible in corners, bathroom mirror edge not clean, carpet was wet in spots. TV buffered more than it worked all night by morning it worked better. Not saying I wouldn't stay again if I had to but wouldn't be a top choice.
