Both my children attend BBCC and love it. The staff is friendly and engaging with my children. You know it's a great place when your kids are excited to get in the building and hug everyone as we leave.

Absolutely wonderful facility. My child has been going to Bright Beginnings Christian Center since she was 2 and 1/2 years old. They worked with her (and myself) on her potty training and various other skills at the time. I received daily reports about her. She attended their Pre-k program when she was 4, and gained wonderful skills that prepared her for Kindergarten. She now attends Bright Beginnings after school. The teachers and workers make sure the children are safe. I never have to worry about her safety when she is there. I advocate for this facility and recommend it 100 percent.

I am extremely pleased with Bright Beginnings Christian Center on Ash st, Goldsboro!! The care and attention they give my 5 year old goes above and beyond! Almost everyday when I ask my child if he had a good day at school, he replies that he loves going to his new school and he loves his friends! I couldn't be more pleased with the staff there! this review doesn't even express the happiness I have that my child is in excellent hands each day!

I have worked for BBCC for almost 16 years. I have had all my grandchildren at BBCC and they loved it. One of my grandkids is autistic and developmentally delayed and if it wasn’t for the staff at BBCC, he wouldn’t be where he is today. He got the fundamentals from his teachers at BBCC.

Attention Special Needs Parents!
We had a bad experience with Bright Beginnings on Ash. Our son is autistic and went to preschool for about a month. The teachers are not trained for higher level autistic children. They mix the group with neurotypical and neurodiverse children. With a group of 17 children, the teachers definitely don't have time for special needs kids with a higher level. The teachers complained almost every day that they didn't have time to give my son extra help. This facility needs to better communicate what services it can provide for special needs children!

Horrible people. They are extremely rude. My child was not learning anything while there in the NC pre-k program. I finally had to pull him from there. He is at another facility now and is learning a lot! They are also not rude here.

I love how they actually take care of your children here. Very attentive management and people with big hearts who really care about the well being of the kids they're taking care of. My child wakes up every morning wanting to go in and learn! ❤️

I ended up not bringing my child here but after the unprofessionalism I experienced I wouldn’t have left my child here anyway. When I toured the facility I had a lot of questions because of my work schedule. I couldn’t get all my questions answered because the “assistant director” Stephanie said I needed to speak with the Debbie the director/owner. I went ahead and paid the application fee and the first week to be safe and asked if my daughter didn’t come could I be refunded. Again I was told I needed to speak with Debbie. I found a more suitable program for my daughter and because it was the holiday I was unable to get in contact with anyone until the 2nd. Stephanie tells me suddenly that they don’t do refunds period. I’m a single parent so dishing out $145 is a lot for me. I asked to speak to the director (who still was unavailable) but was told she couldn’t call me and that I could not contact her. I asked if my money couldn’t be refunded could it at least go toward a week of daycare for another child that was starting? I was told no. So they just kept my money just to keep it! If you are an owner of two daycare centers and can’t be contacted or address an issue there is a problem. The only thing I was ever told would not be refunded is the application fee. Don’t bring your kids here. They are very rude and unprofessional in the way they handle business. I should of picked up on the signs.
