She made the difference between me never again shopping at any Lowe's and instead kept me as a grateful customer. Her response to our issue made up for the unacceptable "Customer Service" my husband experienced in the Kinston, NC Lowe's. Going forward, even though I live 3 miles from the Kinston store and 31 from the Goldsboro one, guess which store I will take my hard earned money to?
