This Walmart Supercenter is currently undergoing renovation, which has led to a rearranged and congested store layout that customers find inconvenient and confusing, with items split into multiple areas. The checkout area, including self-checkout, is described as an inconvenient corral design that feels like being herded. Checkout experiences vary; some are fast with pleasant and polite cashiers, while others involve long waits, unhappy staff, and a continued effort to force customers to use self-checkout, which many find annoying. Customer service on the sales floor is consistently noted as poor, with not enough employees offering help to frustrated shoppers, as staff are busy restocking. Despite this, the store is generally clean and well-stocked, carrying some nicer items, and shoppers are often able to find what they need. The pharmacy is great most of the time, though it can also have issues like poorly labeled shelves. Product quality, particularly with bananas, is sometimes criticized as bad. Overall, it provides a typical Walmart experience, described as a great place to shop where customers ultimately get what they wanted, even amid the cluster of constant changes.
Today I found what I wanted fast and got checked out quickly by a pleasant cashier who thoughtfully bagged my groceries for me and was very polite
