“I have worked with John & his wife for many years now as he has handled our network at our office. We are a small business and therefore can not afford to have a full time IT person onsite. John has been the next best thing. Whenever we have had an issue, all I have to do is text him and if it can't be resolved over the phone, he is onsite quickly. We are a medical office with all of our patient charts in the cloud, so it is imperative for our network to be up and running. He has also worked as our liaison with Spectrum to speak their "language" and get problems resolved as there have been times all I get from Spectrum is "everything looks like it is working properly on our side!" When networks and computers are not your specialty, that can be extremely frustrating to be the person in the middle and not know what to do.
