RUDE! The shop owner is extremely rude. I walked in to look at dresses he came out and said. I’m busy, I said ok I’m just looking. He said you don’t understand I’m busy. I said ok, I can’t look he said no I’m busy . So I asked him why does his sign reads open. Rude!!
