*BUYERS BEWARE* When this place says "AS IS" they mean they will sell you car without the transmission if you sign the papers for it, I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tundra pickup truck from this place, this trunk has been nothing but a nightmare, the torque converter malfunctioned the day I purchased, they called themselves gifting me a new torque converter but soon as I get down the road i felt the torque converter shift as if they didn't fix anything, and the torque converter and transmission work together the transmission slipping they knew and still put it on the lot to sell, please get your mechanics to look at your used *AS IS* cars from this place. I'll never do business with them again!

My husband and I were able to trade in our vehicle with no issues. We had to wait to take the vehicle home because it needed to be cleaned and pass inspection. So, I picked the van up that following Monday, I had to wait over the weekend. The van needs a new armrest and they told us that they will call us when it arrives. Which they did, and it was the wrong one. Then about a week or two after that, the engine light came on in the van and it started jerking. There should not be anything jerking in the vehicle I purchased less than a month ago. So I took it up to the service center and they told me I had to make an appointment. I to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict. But they are saying I would have to pay for it. NO! I should not have to pay for it! They should do a better job of servicing the vehicles before putting them on the lot.

Complete and utter jerks. My family and I went and looked around and found a great car. We were so excited to buy it but before we did anything I wanted a loan though my own bank they did not like this one bit and kept pressuring me to do it though them. And I also wanted to do more personal research on the car. On top of that they lied. They lied about the warranty and how they car comes with it. It did not. I was looking at a Toyota car so I called Toyota and checked with them about it all. The man we dealt with was trying to say Toyota lied and that it did have all the warranties. They also were saying how Kelly blue book was not a good place to compare prices and see how much the car was worth. Even though we saw cars just like it sold buy dealerships with in that price range. They were scamming us about the price and warranties. I do have to admit that they were very helpful with everything up to that point. They helped with the car fax and trying to make sure we got a car we liked. But the ending was a complete and utter waste of time. They blew up my phone everyday sense the first day we went in which was not appreciated. My husband and I work full time with not a guaranteed off hour. And even when we told them when we could come in they would still blow up my phone.

Great sales people. Good service department. However, really disappointed with the General Manager. Have purchased two vehicles there in the past year. One of them a few days ago. Before I left with the vehicle, I noticed a Vehicle Stability Control light was on. Showed it to the sales rep, she brought it over to service, and the tech couldn't figure it out. They were supposed to do some tinting on the front side windows so we scheduled for me to bring it in today to look at the VSC light again and do the tinting. About five mins after I dropped off the truck, my rep calls me and tells me that the GM said they were not going to fix the VSC problem and that I am on my own with that without even exploring what was wrong. If that's the way to do business with people after the paperwork is signed then it's time to go elsewhere in the future

My daughter has 4 small kids, 8-2. She bought a van last week and it's totally unsafe and needs 750.00 for rear brake repairs! How can't they advertise they have a good reputation when they won't fix the brakes and they sold her an unsafe car! Be aware just because it's a dealership it doesn't mean you won't be cheated and over charged for a vehicle that couldn't have passed a safety inspection. If this has happened to you too please post what recourses she could have and who to report because I guess better business association but is there auto place to report them or should we take them to court?

Let me start with the positive...the Sales experience with this dealership was super smooth. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend! Now, for the not so good. The Service Department. They appear to do a less than through inspection before putting the car into inventory...just enough to get by. The vehicle I purchased had warped rotors both front and rear. I did not drive the vehicle on the freeway before purchase and did not notice on initial spin around the block, but noticed the vibration on the very first freeway drive a week after delivery. I had hopes that the dealership would offer some goodwill to help cover the cost to have rotors resurfaced, since I had only had the vehicle for so little time. So far, no such luck. Bottom line, great for sales and not so much for service.

Did not live up to what I was promised over phone. Did not explain or show pricing, taxes, add-ons prior to taking my $$. Perks only for those w/in 50 mile radius. Did not listen. First time Nissan customer.
