“I brought my phone in to have the screen repaired, and Josh provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and even stayed open a few extra minutes past closing so I could pick up my phone before the shop was closed for the day through Wednesday. That level of dedication and care is rare these days. Thank you so much, Josh! I truly appreciate everything.”
