Was having difficulty talking so I couldn't make an appointment over the phone. Luckily I was able to be seen that evening. It cost a lot more just to be seen than I was expecting, because I don't have insurance but technically it was still cheaper than paying for insurance since this is the first time I've been sick in years. Dr. Cory was very understanding and have me advice as well helping me get my medicine as affordably as possible.

The few times I have had to goI must say the option to making an appointment makes things go a lot faster and the staff is always up beat and helps distract you from the reason you went to the doctor, YOUR SICK. and having a distraction from that alone if even for a little while it’s a great feeling.Thank You for being MyFastMed Urgent Care

My first time here and will definitely go back. Everyone from the front desk ladies, to the nurses and provider were friendly, helpful, sympathetic and downright amazing. Got my prescriptions sent right over and am on my to healing. Thank you FastMed.

Everyone at this facility were amazing. Professional but caring and friendly. I didn't wait very long and the clinical staff were great as well. Made sure that I didn't have any questions and that I understood all of the instructions. It's a rare occurrence these days to find this level.of overall care. They should give classes to ALL of the medical facilities. They are the standard. And I thank them.

Had to go for the first time ever and it was a Sunday. Made the app Saturday night. Very fast and friendly when I checked in. The nurse and NP I saw were wonderful. Knew exactly what they were doing, great manners and compassion. Took time to listen to my symptoms and checked me completely. Found out what was wrong and gave me medicine to help. If I ever have to go back to a Dr. On the weekend, this will be the one.

The staff is great. We received excellent and fast care when my husband needed stitches. BUT BEWARE: they will double bill you. We were told the $199 I paid up front out of pocket covered the visit, the stitches and the follow up to remove them. We asked before we left to make 100% sure it was covered, then again when he had them removed. Both times were told "They were included in the original payment". Well, turns out she was wrong and we were billed for ANOTHER $199. And it was sent to collections. So be aware that their billing department is a joke.

I went this afternoon to FastMed on Spence. What a great experience from the two sweet girls working at the front desk to the girl who takes you back and John who checked me over. They were ALL so nice, pleasant and helpful. What a great first experience. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Fast service as true to the name. Had an overall great experience here And online check in is amazing. All I do is show up check in at my car and I’m automatically waiting to seen. Yes to the extra simple things in life.

Made an appointment Friday evening for early Saturday morning waiting time was bearable.very friendly receptionist and the intake nurse if that's the correct terminology was absolutely wonderful .was able to build a very quick report and she talked about how she also just went through something similar and could relate to the situation I was there for.This made me feel very comfortable even in the severe pain I was in and the medical professional not sure if she was a doctor or a nurse practitioner was very attentive and very thorough and helpful with resource information to help me if a possible treatment plan for my ailment after with her help and getting it under control I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a non-emergency medical situation and I will definitely use their services again if needed

I had a great experience with Fast Med in Goldsboro, NC. The staff could be described in one word AMAZING! I was treated with respect and dignity by each of the staff there! I would recommend that everyone go see them. Just schedule an appointment first!

I had an appointment and was taken ten minutes after my scheduled time. The girl that did my weight and BP was really sweet. I didn't wait more than five minutes to see the P.A. He was very nice and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

I was greeted with kindness and respect. My wait time was short. The doctor and the nurse were helped and informative.They answered all my questions. I was taken good care of.

I have no problem with the service however, I do recommend the nurses pay closer attention to the patient when the doctor is finished so they don't sit in the room waiting while they are talking about themselves and the patient has to go and let them know they are ready to get an X-ray or whatever the next phase is .
