Jim and Pete - dynamic duo! Fantastic first experience at this Firestone location as we recently moved into the Goldsboro surrounding area but we’ve been using Firestone across multiple states in recent decades. Jim worked with me on promos/discounts to get done what we needed on both are vehicles— the level of competence, experience, professionalism is Outstanding. We’re coming back, and I highly recommend you schedule an appointment also!

Pete was fantastic and provides excellent service. It truly blew me away how quick he was to empathize with our situation. He absolutely deserves a raise for his flexibility and outstanding customer service!

I do not normally give google reviews; however, I was truly grateful for the great experience I had at Firestone in Goldsboro. Pete was an incredibly hard worker. He went above and beyond for customers such as myself. He was very friendly, helpful, and gave premier customer service. Several customers paid for their car repair and left with a smile. Pete also eloquently diffused a situation. One customer was upset because of the numerous issues going on with his car and having to wait a couple minutes because of the line, but Pete was able to get the customer calmed down. Not only that, but Pete worked efficiently to take care of each customer, which resulted in the line moving quickly. Pete deserves to be rewarded with a bonus and a raise for the dedication he has exhibited.
Jim was also very kind, friendly, and humorous when he called me regarding my car.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Firestone. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. The next time I have car issues, I will return to this location.

My friends and I were on a trip in Goldsboro when one of our cars began to fail us. Only one of us is car-savvy, and even then we don’t really have the tools to properly address the needs of our newly damaged vehicle. The representative we spoke to, Mr. Pete, however clearly saw our anxieties and made us not only feel educated and prepared, but safe and seen in such a different environment. Thank you, Mr. Pete. :)

made an appointment, appointment approved, i show up to appointment, they don’t have the tires there for set time of appointment, i don’t like to drive with the spare.

It’s was a quick, easy, and friendly process. They were shorthanded but still had a smile and assured me it would get finished. They did an awesome job and made me feel at home and welcomed any questions I asked. Will definitely keep going and recommend others to go there for service.

I thought that having an appointment would allow me a speedy departure. Two hours for an oil change, and tire rotation isn't efficient use of my time.

Would highly recommend Firestone in Goldsboro. Went in for an alignment, and as a woman I’m always wary of taking my car for any kind of maintenance due to the sad but true stereotype of mechanics upselling women who might not know better. There was not a single thing pushed on me, I went in for my alignment and sat while they did it. The man up front was incredibly kind and personable, made one recommendation to me on what may need some attention in the future but did not push anything on me whatsoever. Will absolutely be back.
