The Firestone in Goldsboro will do the best alignment. These guys make sure the alignment is in the middle of the recommended range. I drive from Raleigh for my alignments.

Late in evening got a two to three inch gash in rr tire. Pete, James and the guys took REAL good care of us even stayed slightly past closing. Amazing group at our local firestone.

Great service as always. I have been using this location for over 20 yrs. They have serviced my 4 runner through over 350k miles and now for my Taco they continue to provide excellent service. Competitive pricing. Great customer service through the years, including Gage for my most recent. Would recommend them for any service work.

Some of the worst phone educate I have ever experienced. Thank you to whoever picked up the phone there and asked me “why do I sound like I have an attitude.” It’s because of how much lack of care you had speaking to me, lack of adequate guidance, and monotone lack of assistance. Two blocks up the road there’s new competition and I’ll be taking my business there or anywhere else but not a Firestone ever again. I only called because I have a card with you which I won’t be needing anymore. Thank you for the lack of care and service. You’ll never have to worry about my business or “attitude as you called it again.” All I did was match your energy. If you really cared you could if asked nicer.

Gage and the manager fixed a situation that came up with the warranty of my vehicle. Even when I was upset Gage remained calm. Very good customer service.

My rating prior to today was 5 out of 5.The quality has severally went down since I last went here. Even with schedule appointments for 3 vehicles for inspection and balance. We have to go to it 3 separate days and one of them they said it was ready but it wasn't for another few hours. From the look of it, if you have lifetime balance then you are treated less than dirt and last in line based on the recent changes and what we seen while waiting.One of the trucks they said some light was out but we have video evidence showing prior this wasn't the case (I don't know if they just collected our money and did nothing on that one since there was no evidence one way or another anything changed).

Called for an inspection. They took me in the same day. They took my vehicle in soon after I arrived and completed the inspection within a few minutes. My information was sent over to the DMV before I paid. Great service and great customer service!

I’m going to repost my review I wrote for Firestone in Kinston NC because that is where this experience started. It ended at this Firestone location in Goldsboro. I can’t say enough about both locations. The kindness, quality work, and overall experience is one of the best I have ever had dealing in Automotive. This kinston review is below. Thank you team Firestone I’m Kinston NC and Goldsboro NC.I visited this location yesterday (Kinston) after ordering tires online for my Range Rover. The tires were delivered directly to this location. Everything was paid for up front. I worked with a manager named Tyler Howell. Tyler had some concerns with installing the tires on my Range Rover because the SUV has optional air bag suspension. Tyler’s only concern throughout this process was focused on “making sure to take care of the customer”. Tyler wanted to make sure he was providing me with the best service possible and he made several calls on my behalf to troubleshoot a solution for installing my tires. Not only did he find the solution he set an appointment for me same day at the Firestone in Goldsboro. (They were amazing by the way. Friendly service. Fast install. Quality work. He provided me with a future oil change because “it’s the right thing to do as our customer”. I have to be honest. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much. I didn’t buy the tires there. I wasn’t a repeat customer. He was very busy but he still made time to make sure that Firestone was represented with care, integrity, and genuine kindness. Experiences like this create customers for life. Firestone, send Tyler to the top. His team was top notch as well. Thank you all for turning a negative experience into a positive experience. Thank you for caring enough to be the solution for your customer. Tyler and his team deserve to be recognized. They have made a friend and customer that will bring more friends and customers.
