It’s always a pleasure to visit my bank. The staff is professional, dedicated and efficient with that “down-home charm.” They know the key to sustainability is positive customer service. Having banked all over the world, FCB on Wayne Memorial is tops. Stephanie deserves honorable mention as she never fails to resolve unique banking requirements and challenges. Godspeed!

Tried and tried to reach a human via phone at this bank, to ask a question. After 5 minutes of continuously being sent back to automated system I gave up, and will have to drive to branch ,which is 18 miles away as I live in Snow Hill, to simply ask a question.

I'm in this branch at least once a week. Everybody is so friendly and willing to help. Would never change banks!

Love all the folks at this branch. They have always been extremely nice and helpful at the counter and at the drive thru. I usually stop by several times a week at random times and I have never had anything other than wonderful service. They staff are always upbeat and very pleasant. Most of them call me by name and that is nice.
