I purchased off white denim. The fabric was loosely woven. Really cheap fabric with no integrity. Not worth even at the discount rate. I would not recommend this fabric store at any location.

Great items for sale. The sales lady was very nice and concerned that one of our clearance items looked like some items were missing. She took the time to check and make sure in case she needed to discount it further. She also help us find a coupon to help save a couple of dollars more, which helps put a lot.

Joann Fabrics is my favorite fabric and craft store, so I'm glad there's a store in my new home, Goldsboro. The experience here is what you expect from this chain - a great selection of fabrics, sewing and quilting supplies, craft supplies and the Wilton baking line.The store is very clean, brightly lit, well-organized and stuffed with great deals. I was thrilled to find the Wilton baking pans on sale, because I somehow lost all mine in the move. (THANKS!!)Customer service was great. Joann hires people who know their stuff, so you'll get great advice and knowledgeable answers. Very happy with my visit and will definitely be a regular.

Wasn’t able to get what I wanted, Joanne’s doesn’t assemble or have classes for flower making or repairing flower arrangements. I called on the phone and first employee didn’t know if they did this at all either. They do not, employee was nice

Had the worst customer service yesterday. My mother in law and husband was talked down to by employee that stated her name was Lindsey. Totally unacceptable behavior. Throwing bags down, rolling her eyes, talking rudely. Very poor customer service!

The differenent employees have always been super sweet, kind, and helpful over the years. Store is always clean and well organized. Even the other customers always seem to be friendly! People who love crafting are truly the best ?

Like everywhere else they’re a little bit short staff .They find it hard to get out the merchandise, still sitting in boxes waiting to be displayed. The ladies that are working are very nice and helpful!!
